The Billionaire Divorce Heiress Novels & Stories

I said as I sat back down and tried to keep the irritation out of my voice. "Forget the investors you already have and start thinking about the one who just landed back in the country, because word is that the Great Thorne Heiress—the real one, the one with the trust fund that hasn't been touched in three years—is looking for a new project to dump her excess capital into," Beatrice said, and I felt a sudden jolt of electricity run through my chest that made me sit up straight.

Because Fiona was a well-known socialite, over the years, there had been many times where she was fodder for the New York Post and social media. Locals couldn’t get enough of her decadent lifestyle and fashion choices, especially after becoming a billionaire heiress and catapulted into being one of the richest women in America. Since the news broke that she was a living donor to Chris’s mother, everyone wanted an exclusive interview with the pair. The media dubbed them, the Princess and the Pauper, the latter making Chris shake his head. Little did they know he was the richest man alive. “I’ve got it. I want to get this wrapped up so you can take it with you.”

“Show me.” He hands over his phone. The headline burns into my eyes: DE LA FONTE HEIRESS ACCUSED OF FINANCIAL FRAUD De La Fonte Heiress, who we thought dead, is accused of Financial Fraud, after coming back to take over her position last two weeks. I stare. Not even a month in that office, and already this? She's already the target of headlines like this? I exhale sharply, dragging my hand down my face. “Next,” I growled

“ Stop lying to yourself. I bet that is why you are going through with the divorce. After, what can I possibly give you or add to your life?” “ Is this coming from Micheal Don Salvatore El’s granddaughter? You mean the chosen heir to a billion dollar company is nothing in your eyes? Nicki…” “ Newsflash, the billionaire isn't taking my calls anymore. Maybe he will reach out when we are finally divorced.” She explained, grabbed her phone and bolted before I could say another word. Unable to stay in my office, I drove straight to the headquarters and met a dazed Melissa in the elevator. I stepped in and waved briefly at her. She gave me a light bow without tearing her gaze off me.

I said, pouring myself another glass. “That's not supposed to be news for you. Of course she will know, she is the CEO and heir of a 500 fortune company,” he said and I nodded. “You think she is going to bid for the company?” I asked him. He scoffed, “she would be stupid not to,” he said and I glared at him. “Not cool bro,” I said. “I know, I'm sorry,” he apologized. “Wow,” I poured another bottle, “so my ex-wife is going to own my company,” I said.

When they were no other person to offer more than what Sarah had offered, the necklace was sold to her and at the same time she slowly removed her mask allowing everyone to see her face including Xavier and Claudia who were staring in shock and at the same time the whispering voices of other people filled the hall as people were surprised to see Sarah Jones one of the richest billionaire in Europe, they only heard rumors about her but never got the chance to meet her in person, but here she was presently in New York City, stunning and authoritative beyond their imaginations. Once she turned her gaze towards Xavier and Claudia, she smirked devilishly at them. To be continued..

*Popular billionaire’s daughter, Zara Wellington, was spotted back in California with Harry woods, after being away for more than two years.* A picture of them coming out of the restaurant was displayed at the bottom of the caption. The post was made few minutes ago but it had thousands of likes already and hundreds of comments. With shaky fingers, she clicked the comments and the first comment stabbed through her heart like a sharp blade. “Is this really Zara or an imposter? She looks round like a ball.”

She paced slowly in front of me, eyes gleaming with pure enjoyment as if she was savoring every moment of my discomfort. “You’ve always gotten any man you wanted. For ten years straight,” she continued. “At eighteen, you made the Duke of Edinburgh divorce his wife, split his fortune in half, and then you dumped him like trash and moved on to the prince of Dubai.” I let a small, real smile slip out as the memories flashed. The memories were sweet. “Good old days,” I said softly. “Of course!” She laughed louder, stopping right in front of me. “But now you’re twenty-eight. Not as young. Not as fresh. Billionaires aren’t dying for you anymore. So you cling to that old glory like it’s oxygen.”

“Young? Isn’t he already thirty-something?” “Come on. We thought he was gonna be an ugly, old man! Wait, I wanna get a better look at his face. Let’s G****e him.” Right after she finished her words, she took out her phone to execute her plan. “He’s thirty-five! And…assets appraisal…6 billion dollars! And wait… Wikipedia says he got divorced five years ago!” “He’s divorced?” Scarlett paused as she was taking her clothes off and getting ready to hop into the shower.

I politely asked her and she looked like she was losing her patience. “Who else is my boyfriend? It’s your CEO! Don’t you know me?!” She raised her tone, capturing some of our people’s attention. “I would like to ask you to tone down your voice, ma’am, he’s still in the meeting and that is why I’m asking what your name is because I'm not familiar with you,” I told her. She couldn’t believe what I just said before removing her shades, my eyes widened after realizing who she was. “I’m Hayleigh Baltazar, the famous actress, and the youngest female billionaire,” She rolled her eyes.
