Mated to the Night Wolf

Mated to the Night Wolf

•|•|• "A keffer? Do not speak of those curses unless you wished to be cursed yourself." •|•|• [Kayos] Peace and Quiet. The darkness was my home and I reveled in the quietness that accompanied the midnight as I casually flipped through the book I was reading in the dark. Despite having no candle light to see, I was quite able to read the words as clear as if it where day, only looking up when the door suddenly opened.

Well worth the wait! Your 55 chapters are more like 250 chapters of other authors. Your chapters are long, detailed and fully packed with more intrigue. The guard? I’m team Kayos, but it’s so beautiful how tender the guard was with her to let her know he will honor her…but I think there’s more.

This book is so good. I love the writing, the characters, the story and the execution. Perfection at its core but I have a problem, please could you release a chapter at least once a week. It’s not fair because I’m basically hooked on this book and I don’t get regular updates.

The Alpha's Babysitter

The Alpha's Babysitter

its pages dog-eared and marked with notes in her neat, spidery handwriting. The library was a place of quiet concentration, a space where the world outside faded away. The soft hum of the air conditioning and the occasional rustle of pages were the only sounds that disturbed the silence. It was a silence that Hazel craved, a silence that allowed her thoughts to flow freely, unburdened by distractions.

When Silence Met Madness

When Silence Met Madness

His pale, chubby face was covered in tears, looking unbearably pitiful. My mother kept coaxing him, but I was pushed past my limit. "Shut up." The words slipped out before I could stop them, and even I was startled. Ever since I realized I was a character in a novel at age five, I hadn't spoken a word. I didn't want to be a toy for readers' amusement. But Elias was unbearable—noisy as a duck, quacking nonstop in my ear. He'd already done something wrong, and we had forgiven him, yet he kept wailing as if the world was ending. Did he not know how annoying he was?

When Silence Speaks of Regret

When Silence Speaks of Regret

When I saw the happy smile on Mom's face, I suddenly felt myself becoming lighter. I gently caressed her smiling, happy face, and I silently gave her my best wishes. "Mom, you have to be happy forever!" A crystal-clear tear slid slowly down Mom's cheek and fell into my palm. However, my body soon began to become as transparent as the teardrop itself, until I finally disappeared into the air.

SILENCE

SILENCE

I blinked, shaking my head clear. "Excuse me..." Silence. As I instinctively reached out to shake her awake, she sits up abruptly instead, the cap still on her head; a waterfall of raven black curls falling along her back. Closing the book, she got off the desk and moved to the window. Silence. Wh-What was that? "Good morning, I wasn't expecting there to be anyone here at this hour..." Silence, "I guess you're one of my students. I'm..." "I know who you are Fairchild Sensei." Her soft yet hoarse voice seemed to echo in the quiet room. The slight unrecognizable accent played with my ears ever so slightly and I was rendered speechless... Is that all?

A Quiet Kind of Ruin

A Quiet Kind of Ruin

It was maybe a tad boring compared to my old life, but deep down, I knew that was exactly what I had been longing for. A fresh start, far from the fear and tension of my past. However, that peace was shattered on a sunny, serene afternoon. That day, just like any other, I was in the shop, arranging flowers. A sudden chill cast a shadow over me, and a voice I knew all too well whispered in my ear, sending a shiver down my spine. "Eleanor..." I snapped my head up, and the sight of Roman's face sent me spiraling into terror. My heart clenched as if caught in a vice, my breath coming in short gasps. Memories I had buried, the deepest and darkest kind, clawed their way to the surface.

I Didn’t Mean to Divorce You

I Didn’t Mean to Divorce You

Chapter 162 – Laura’s POV The house was quiet again, but it was a different kind of quiet. Not the calm silence I had tried to cling to before, not the reassuring hush of a home where Enzo slept peacefully. No, this quiet was deliberate. It felt alive, like it was watching me, waiting for me to take a move. Every shadow seemed just a little too deep, every creak a little too purposeful.

The Silence I Broke

The Silence I Broke

] [I just found this one—it's crazy good! [Peachy, soft, chewy. You gotta try it!] [Send me your address. I'll mail you a whole jar!] And then—boom—she finally replied. An address. Just like that, the weird wall between us disappeared. I'd hunted down that exact bunny candy, trying to match it to her profile pic. I just wanted to make that quiet girl smile. "Want me to unwrap it for you?" he asked, all soft voice and warm eyes. Not so cold and mysterious anymore.

30 Days With My Mean Senior

30 Days With My Mean Senior

(Paul’s POV) There’s a certain kind of quiet that only exists in places made for people like us. It’s not the silence of being empty, or the stillness of not being there. It’s something more planned, made, organized, and carefully kept up. The kind of quiet where conversations happen with careful words, where everything said has meaning, and nothing is ever said without a reason. That’s what tonight feels like. The room is lit softly, with lamps casting a gentle glow that shines off smooth glass and dark wood. Everything is set up to look relaxed, but nothing here is by accident. The music in the background is quiet enough not to be noticed, but loud enough to fill the spaces between talking
