The Celestials Book Novels & Stories

A small leather-bound volume with no title on the spine, but when I pull it out, the cover reads in silver ink: "The Celestial Wolves: Last of the Moon Goddess's Children." My birthmark tingles. I open it carefully. The pages are old and brittle with elegant but faded handwriting. "The Celestial Wolves were born when the Moon Goddess wept for her children who walked two paths, beast and magic. Her tears fell to earth and blessed those caught between worlds, giving them silver fur and violet eyes. They were meant to be bridges, healers, peacekeepers." My hands start shaking. I flip the page.

she replied, “not sure about it, but might be true.” “Okay..” I trailed off, waiting for her to continue, Brianne stood beside me, breathing heavily but calmer than when she entered. “Here” Celeste muttered, stopping at a page. Written in bold ash ink were the words CELESTIANA attached was a faded old picture. “This is what she called you” I muttered, “Celestiana” I read out, “servant to the two daughters moon goddess, cast out of the Celestial realm alongside her mistresses, cursed to roam till they complete their tasks and salvage the destruction they caused.” I finished.

“So it would be best if I knew your knowledge base. Quickly sum up what you already know.” Blake nodded and spent the next half an hour summarizing what he learned working for Righ. “The Old King waged a devastating war on the world…” Blake begun. Quanno’s eyes narrowed at Blake’s use of the term ‘Old King’. But he didn’t interrupt as Blake described how the Celestials came down, bringing familiars. They bonded with each other allowing the Onyx Sage powers beyond their wildest dreams, which they used to overthrow and banish the Old King. They lived for an unnatural number of years keeping peace and providing loving guidance.

Celeste hesitated. Then placed her palm against it. The elevator doors closed. A digital screen appeared. GENETIC AUTHORIZATION CONFIRMED. Celeste's blood ran cold. The elevator began descending. One floor. Two. Five. Ten. The numbers continued. Until the display reached: LEVEL -17. The doors opened. Cold air rushed over her. A massive underground laboratory stretched before her. Unlike the abandoned building above, this place was pristine. Bright white lights. Glass laboratories. Advanced equipment. Rows of sealed research chambers.

“I guess. So long as we both remain alert I see no problem in giving you some answers now.” “Well okay then. Firstly, where exactly are we? I’m guessing that its the standard we’re not on Earth anymore situation?” “That guess would be correct. We are, hopefully, somewhere in the Kingdom of Everaya in the Realm known as Hephaestia.” “Hephaestia? Would that be any relation to the Greek god Hephaestus?” “Well look who is smarter than she looks. You are correct. The god Hephaestus created this realm. All realms are created by a god, the humans from your realm managed to get at least that correct.”

~Eira The Celestial Council chambers were unlike anything I had ever seen. Spiraled from pure stardust and moon-forged stone, the hall floated in a suspended plane of shifting galaxies. The sky above wasn’t sky at all—it was the veil between stars, weaved with light and ancient magic. The floor shimmered beneath our feet, holding constellations within its surface like frozen echoes of forgotten gods. The air carried weight, the kind that pressed against the skin and whispered reverence into the marrow of your bones.

Hartberg sneered and retorted, "They don't care. They're itching to instigate war among the royal celestials! Do you know how many royal celestials those extraterrestrials boast? They have eight!" Severin snapped back to his senses and chided himself upon hearing this revelation. The extraterrestrials had eight royal celestials in contrast with the Celestial Realm five. It would be foolish for the Celestial Realm to instigate the conflict. Moreover, those extraterrestrials harbored two genuine quasi-celestial regents who were still in slumber, and their might was so strong that even Armin had to wield the sword of divine will against them!

I gazed at Conrad, and he focused on Maddox, waiting for his verdict as if he were some God. ”Although what you said about your mother distorts my image of you in my mind, I’m sure I have read about your case in The Elders’s book. I’m not sure how deeply involved you are in divine etymology, but many years have passed since heavenly creatures last walked the earth, and after the destruction of the last ones, the only things left were souls. Abandoned souls who had tasks to complete before bringing the celestials back. And only two cases were reported.” My heart leaped at the thought of being involved in something so otherwordly and ridiculous all at once. I stopped scratching Fireball, and s

Chronos clarified, to Rogue’s question and looked at all the children he created from his right hand, he dismissed them from the meeting room leaving him and Rogue inside. Chronos looked at the stars and folded his hands behind his back, he could sense something was off with his child but he couldn't put his finger on what could be off. “Son, tell me have you ever heard of the celestials?” “No, I haven't, the library doesn't have that section in it.” “I see, the celestials are a group of powerful deities created by the living Metaphysical Essence in the beginning of everything. I'm one of them.”

“How can it be this serious if he barely even drank from her?” I let out a mental groan at his confusion and press down harder on the mental barrier. “You do not need to drink a mouthful to become addicted. All he could have done was taste a drop of blood from maybe when she wounded herself and it will still have the same effects. The blood of the Celestial Wolves are addictive , especially when said wolf is your mate.” “So what do we do now?”
