Marly was so insistent, Caroline couldn’t refuse her generosity. From a distance, Caroline watched Clayton running around the playground. The school’s education system emphasized outdoor activities, encouraging children to learn directly from nature. "Aren’t you going to work, Caroline?" Mrs. Marly asked. "I took the day off, Madam, especially for today so I could take Clayton to his first day of school. Tomorrow, I’ll be back at work." Caroline hesitated for a moment before continuing. "Madam, may I ask you for a favor?" she asked softly.

Ugh, I really needed to think more carefully about what I said when it came to Jason. Mike gave me a small smile. "When would you ever meet someone like Jason Moon? That chance seems pretty slim, so why bother?" He stared at me like he was trying to catch me in a lie. I shrugged. "Who knows? Maybe I’ll bump into him at the pub," I said with a wink.

The weather was perfect, cloudy and humid, just right for an outdoor wedding. It was true that only her immediate family was invited, and although she missed her best friend, Ella, she was partially glad that none of their classmates were present. She had been the brightest in class back then and the student with the highest potential of continuing her education.

Anthony made up his mind that even if she doesn't come, he would understand. Their meeting each other had been a coincidence and whatever spark he felt they both had must have diminished for her.

Weston and Gunner immediately grab me. "I'm just asking for a chance. All I need is one shot to prove that it's me you should be with. I'm the one you should chose as your mate. Not him!" Chance yanks her closer to him. When it looks like he might try to kiss her I lose all sense of reasoning.

I asked. "Well, the ball is today and I don’t want to waste my time, thinking who should I bring, so we will go with the only option we have, you will be my partner tonight".

As he went back home, he couldn’t help but feel relieved. One hurdle down, one more to go. He just had to find a way to get to Amanda now. But he need not have worried about that. At two pm, Grace arrived at his house like she would have said she would, and she had an amazing idea on how he could get Amanda to see him. There was an event held at charm’s luck once every year where all its VIP members were given what is known as a ‘chance card.’

I said. “Yeah, but if she didn’t want to talk to you, do you think she would really just happen to sit right outside the hardware store where you could see her?” Chance reasoned. “I mean, isn’t this one of those classic things that girls do to get you to notice them and make the first move?”

Adrianna says as she hands Chance the small purple pony. "I think this one is my favorite so far little one." Chance says as he smiles down at her. "Mine too." Adrianna exclaims with glee. Chance is a hard fucker to read. One moment he is acting like he is a lone ranger and hates the entire world, the next he is acting like a fuckin' family man. I'll give him this much, he's good with kids, and for that fact I am grateful. Seeing Adrianna again but knowing she was in danger because of us has me feeling too uncontrolled. My need to constantly be in control is pushed to its boundary and I don't know if it would be wise to be near her right now.
