The Christie Affair Novels & Stories

“Your Majesty, this arrived at dawn. Urgent correspondence from the CIP.” Father takes the letter, his brow furrowing slightly as he breaks the seal and discharges the secretary. The room is still. The faint crackle of the parchment feels louder than breath. He reads silently for a moment, then aloud, his voice even but edged with emotion: “Your Majesty, after a thorough review of the royal case and in light of the proven truth regarding the birth and switch of Princess Christie Halrion and Prince Cassian of Matica, the Crown Investigation Panel hereby withdraws all charges against Their Highnesses Prince Gregory Halrion and Princess Christie Halrion.

One of his assistants walked up behind him, and whispered in his ear, “The Madam is causing a scene at the memorial.” “What?” He squinted at the guard who shrunk away at his reaction. Had Opheila not caused enough scandal as it was? “What did you just say?” I walked towards the minister’s wife to calm her down, and she whipped her head around to look at me. “Did you hear her? Did you hear this witch?” “Honey.” The minister joined me to hold her back from attacking Ophelia, who was still on her knees, her head touching the wooden floor.

I debated ignoring the call, but my duty as a Don forced me to answer. "Dmitri," I said, my voice clipped. "What do you want?" "Vasily," he said, his voice a low, silky drawl. "We have a problem. One of our men, Andrei, was caught with a rival mafia. He was giving them information about our operations. We have a rat."

“One day, just arriving from a business meeting overseas, I wanted to surprise her. I didn't tell her I was coming back. I sneak to her hotel room, expecting to surprise her, but the person taken off guard was me. I caught her red-handed—nakedly sitting on top of my also naked friend. She was having an affair with my friend—not only that, she was having an affair with three of my friends. There were even many occasions where she got penetrated by two of my friends. I discovered it from her when I broke up with her. She said it herself.” Shit. That must've been difficult to get over with. I never thought a woman could do something drastic to a man who has anything the world could offer. Barba

Though our relationship started as an affair, we proved to each other and everyone that love will always win out in the end. Katarina no longer has an affair with the President. What she has is an ongoing affair with her husband…. ME.

"What did you just say?" Finnick had disbelief written all over his face. But the moment his eyes dropped to the documents scattered across the floor, his eyes widened, and the color drained from his face. Every page was irrefutable proof of his affair, but he still tried to cling to a last excuse, his voice trembling as he said, "Honey, just listen to me. This is all a misunderstanding. She came onto me, and I had a moment of weakness—" "A moment of weakness?"

Claire continued, "She was supposed to have gotten married to Dante I wonder why they haven't announced the wedding again. It was the scandal of the century: THE NANNY AFFAIR, but Alaric Rodrigo did not comment on the issue." He nodded listening to all this new information as his blood ran cold. His daughter had visited his office right before her mysterious disappearance and her number was still available. "Can I get the CCTV footage of that day?" He asked. "Sure let me ask John," Claire nodded and left. Sean glanced at the form again. It was written in bold letters, his daughter's name. She had been here before!

Once the crowd finally dispersed at nightfall, I laid the evidence on the director’s desk, but he didn’t even glance at it. “Dr. Miller, don’t you understand? This has moved beyond just the issue of an affair. Patients have lost their trust in you, and nothing you say will change that.” “Then what am I supposed to do?” “For now, you’ll need to take a leave of absence. We’re going to review all the cases you’ve handled. Once the findings are in, you’ll be cleared if the investigation supports it.” After processing my suspension, I was briefing my team when I got a call from the nanny.

She felt Christy deliberately did it as she had realized earlier that Christy searched for ways to prevent her from spending time with Angelo. Christy said, "please help me, Angelo. I have been arrested for attempted murder but I'm innocent. I didn't do anything to Isabella, I promise. I even saved your lives but now I'm being accused." "Calm down and wait, we are coming to the station right away," Angelo said before hanging up. He wasn't surprised that Christy was arrested. He knew how the organizers of the conference worked and he would have been surprised if nothing had been done to Christy.

Not once did they think something was also wrong with Christy. “Don’t tell me, she also is…” Her words stopped in her throat. The idea that something happened to the two children, and the adult let it stew without doing anything for days on end, caused her body to shudder. “No… It is not possible.” Jullian said. They both turned to him. “What?” “It is not possible for Christy to also be missing… She just went live on her I***a life a few hours ago.” The other two blinked, waiting for him to conclude his statement.
