Awkward Marriage

Awkward Marriage

Never once did she imagine Clyde would return, much less want his son. ―What should she do?‖ Martha asked. He stared at the floor for a good moment before he said, ―A married woman has an easier time than a single one when it comes to certain men coming around uninvited.‖ Marriage? She long since gave up on the idea of getting married when she discovered her pregnancy and Clyde bailed on her. ―A man would provide a stable environment for a family. He‘d be the protector if Clyde returns. Men like Clyde tend to stay away when there‘s another man around.‖

The accidental Marriage

The accidental Marriage

“W..what?” She asked, When he made no signs of saying any other thing to her, she continued. “How can you propose such a thing? Marriage.. It's a very serious thing.” She mumbled. It did not matter if she liked him or not. she had always dreamt of marrying someone whom she was in love with. Someone that she could spend the entire day with, her entire years on this earth with and still love the person no matter what happened. She didn't want to marry someone just because a scandal had broke out.

Arrange Marriage

Arrange Marriage

, Bright sighed and spoke to his cat who was purring on the table. Bright was equally guilty about last night, perplexed at his own feelings and flustered at how weak he had been in front of them. He wanted to talk to Ash about it, sort it out so that they could go back to being contractually married to each other, living like strangers. Bright had grown accustomed to believing that he had a perfectly happy married life with a husband who he loved and who loved him back. He refused to believe the circumstances that had pulled him and Ash close again but he had found peace in their arrangement and all he wanted was that their marriage never ended.

Marriage with Benefits

Marriage with Benefits

"Wait, sir! M-marriage? Really? You want me to marry you? Are you—" She couldn't finish what she was saying because he cut her off, but there was still a hint of shock on her face. "Don't overreact, okay? I'm not done yet," he said. "You told me that your grandmother is in the hospital, right? You need your work to support your grandmother's medical needs. I'll be honest with you, you can't support your grandmother's hospital bills just by working at the store. Even if you get tired from working, it won't be enough. I just want you to marry me for some reason, and I know that you too will benefit from this."

A Marriage of Convenience

A Marriage of Convenience

James’ head whipped towards me, shock and confusion etched in his features. “I overheard the conversation that the two of you had while you were still recovering,” I chewed on my bottom lip nervously as I recall listening in that day. He’d given James an ultimatum. Settle down and get married or he didn’t get the company. “I felt this connection to you, and found my in,” I frowned, hearing how ridiculous it sounded being spoken out loud. “You married me out of convenience, and I married you in the hope that you’d eventually feel the same way I did.”

Divorce? Your Biggest Mistake.

Divorce? Your Biggest Mistake.

He finished writing and slid the paper across the desk to me. “You present it like this,” he said. “A marriage contract. Terms. Conditions. Duration. A clear beginning and a clear end. You make it a deal. You make it about the company. You make it about winning. That’s the only language she’ll understand right now. That’s the only way she’ll ever agree.” I looked down at the paper. At the top he’d written: CONTRACT OF CONVENIENCE. My heart felt like it was being squeezed in a vise.

Married To Mr Winters : A Billionaire Love Story

Married To Mr Winters : A Billionaire Love Story

“To a marriage of convenience.” A marriage of convenience. The name had a ring to it. He liked it. Once he paraded Jane and the baby, Tommy, or was it Timmy, whatever the name was, to both his father and stepmother, then perhaps, just perhaps everything would work out in his favour. And EVERYTHING would be alright. “Yes, to a marriage of convenience.”

Miley
This book was funny as well as an emotional Rollercoaster. It needs some proofreading and consistency in Jane's eye color throughout the book. Are her eyes ocean blue, hazel, or brown? It was a good one day read but could be so much better with some grammar, spelling, and proofreading.

I absolutely loved this book so much that I was an emotional wreck. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't think properly because of anxiety, anger, sadness, happiness and a huge dislike for Daniel's on and off personality as well as a bit more dislike for Wayne. I wish it was longer

Ex-Husband's Regret

Ex-Husband's Regret

That’s when he proposed marriage. Thinking back at that, I can’t help but laugh. “What’s so funny?” Gabriel asks, just as he moves from his side of the table to mine. We are now seated side by side. My eyebrows rise in question at his unexpected action. He doesn’t say anything, so I shrug and answer his question. “I just realized that my marriage with Liam was also a marriage of convenience. We married because we wanted the convenience of companionship, friendship and sex without having to risk the heartbreak that comes with being in love.”

What did naoh really do to deserve Sierra love in the end after demanding she abort her baby, physically assaulted her at her work place, accusing her of seducing her, calling herself a gold digger, abusing her

I recommend this one! frustrating at times and honestly not loving taking back sh*** partners irl but in here's pretty good. It's just a shame that everyone got their redemption and romantic happily ever after but Ethan & Molly (no redemption needed, she's great) so just bc I will ship them hahahaha

And Axel was standing there, watching me, his gaze intense. "Axel… is everything okay?" I asked, my voice barely steady. He held those stunning eyes on me. "I'm getting married. It's official." I froze. "Congratulations." He leaned back in the chair, studying me calmly. "It's a marriage of convenience." "What do you mean?" I asked, curiosity and a sense of injustice rising in me. "That we both gain something from it." I ran a hand over my face, trying to process the news. "So… you don't love her? You're not marrying for love?"

A Choice to Love My Billionaire Ex Boyfriend

A Choice to Love My Billionaire Ex Boyfriend

We can try to form an alliance,’ Mrs Conner said, and I frowned, wondering what she was going on about. ‘An alliance how? Please explain,’ I said. ‘You know we can have a contract marriage which will benefit you and us as well. I know that a man like you will not have time for love and romance so a marriage of convenience will be very appropriate,’ she explained. ‘So who are you proposing that I marry? Crystal?’ I asked raising a brow mockingly and pretending as if I didn't know who she was talking about. ‘No. I am not talking about my daughter CC,' She replied.
