Novel & Cerita The Cosmic Serpent

When I looked into its eyes, it froze me in place! The serpent crashed into Kronos full force into his stomach, sending him crashing back first into the labyrinth wall. Blood flew from his mouth, and Kronos gasped for air. As he hunched over, clutching his stomach, the serpent crumbled into shards of stone then reconstructed into two stone serpents. The two stone snakes hissed viscously, and both slammed into Kronos. The force of the impact sent Kronos crashing through several labyrinth walls. The Half-Breed was unable to move as the two snakes became four and hovered over Kronos; after a collective hiss, three of the four slammed into Kronos once more.

The tension flares, a crack in our unity. Elara’s vision surges—she activates the forge, its flames binding the Veil, but the keeper-king’s shadow looms, his hymn vowing destruction. My cosmic aura flickers, Lena’s sacrifice a fading spark, my mother’s lullaby lost. I stagger, blade trembling, but Cassia’s hand grips mine, her fire blazing. “Aelys, you’re our heart—lead us.” Her trust strengthens me, and I charge the void-serpent, my cosmic aura clashing with its rift-energy, the altar trembling. “You cannot claim Elara!” it hisses, its coils slashing. I parry, lunar mark blazing, my hymn merging light and shadow. “I am her voice!” I counter, striking its core.

It just appeared, materialized from thin air or birthed from the stone, the only viable explanation for how something so massive can just all of a sudden exist. The serpent is unlike one I have ever seen before, its proportions more suited for a fairytale. Even in my most rigorous training in the forests of my home, we do not have such fearsome creatures casually stalking our plane. If we had been in Ceres’ form, she would certainly perish. “What is THAT?!” The snake hisses as Erebus pushes me away from the fangs on display before us. His body wedged between me and the monster. The serpent is easily capable of swallowing prey our size whole.

He lunged forward, clamping his legs around the serpent's massive body and lifting it high into the air before hurling it away with full force. The serpent's body crashed into a hillside, collapsing it entirely. Buried under the rubble, the once-mighty creature lay gasping weakly, barely clinging to life. Another golden-patterned serpent king charged at him, its enormous jaws gaping wide, ready to swallow him whole. "Hmph! Just a mere demonic monster, and you think you can fight me? Die!" Chase snapped coldly, his hands forming an intricate spiritual seal. In the next instant, a vast and boundless force descended upon him. The golden-patterned serpent king shuddered violently, its entire bod

Elysia, her gaze fixed on the Celestial Serpent's dance, mused, "Its movements... They're not just random. There's a sequence, a pattern. The same sequence we've been exploring." Liora, drifting closer to Elysia, replied, "It's the Song's physical manifestation. The Serpent moves in tandem with the realms' pulse. To resonate with it, we must understand its dance." Ezra, eyes narrowing in concentration, noted, "The dissonance — it's like a shadow, creeping around the edges, trying to disrupt the dance." Malachi, clenching his fists, said, "Then we confront it. Head-on. We become a part of this chorus, strengthen it, and drive away the discord."

Just then, Aisha's voice echoed from the sky, "I had thought to spare you, but it seems unnecessary now. Prepare to face the descent of the great evil god, Bahamut!" Evil god Bahamut? Wilbur's eyes widened in shock. The ground beneath him began to tremble violently, soon splitting open to reveal a massive chasm. From this abyss, a gigantic black serpent emerged. The serpent hissed, flicking its tongue, and its blood-red eyes made Wilbur's heart skip a beat. By now, the sun had set, and the moon hung in the sky, casting its silver light. The enormous figure of the evil god Bahamut loomed over Wilbur, its shadow engulfing him completely. Bahamut's crimson eyes locked onto Wilbur like a predato

Slowly, the flame began to move in a specific direction, its whispers leading us toward the elusive warriors amid the Fae Realm's treacherous landscape. We followed Zayne and his spell, keeping an eye out for any creatures that shouldn't be there. It wasn't long before the thick, murky mist rolled in again. We paused our pace and fanned out in a tight circle, leaving the Witches, Warlock, Adriana and Daemon in the centre. Out of the shadows came another monstrosity, different from the other one. "Careful!" yelled Lysandros. "This one is a Phytophagos Ophis, a Nightshade Serpent. "Its venomous fangs are covered with a toxic substance that can induce paralysis in seconds.

"We use their own weapon against them! We make the Nectar flow backwards! Towards its root!" But even as he spoke, the drone above them seemed to respond, its glowing conduits flaring. And from the shimmering Nectar directly below them, a new, more horrifying form began to coalesce. Not an enforcer, but a fluid, serpentine shape, composed entirely of iridescent sweetness, slowly rising from the depths, its form shifting, coalescing, reaching towards them with a silent, hungry grace. The serpent’s sweetness was not just in the sky, nor just in the earth, but now, it was actively rising to consume them.

The serpent circled the world because the world had been small enough to fit inside its old story. Its eye opened off the coast. The pupil was a vertical ocean. "Well," Marcus said, looking at the roof display. "That is large." Aaliyah's laugh was broken. "Thank you, tactical team." Ben whispered, "Shipping insurance is dead." The serpent's voice arrived through tides, plumbing, human blood, and every glass of water in the city. WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A TABLE. Haley, still live because apparently apocalypse had become serialized content, whispered, "Did anyone invite the world snake to dinner?"

The serpent’s golden eyes stared down at the human and without a hesitation, it had opened its mouth, snapping it widely toward the sorcerers who had frozen in spot from fear. “Damn it!” Starvos cursed under his breaths, rushing forward as though he had rode a horse and captured the remaining sorcerers nearer to him, pushing them backward. When Starvos saw from the serpent’s mouth came out a liquid, he immediately dodged the attack, rolling his big body backward and slide on the ground.
