CHOSEN

CHOSEN

It would have frightened me if I was the type to be frightened— but then I wasn’t. “This is the New Normal, the Dawn of Darkness, the Age of the Undead.” She started to say with a stern tone. “Darkness will reign over the Reigns and the Dark One will be the sole orchestrator of it— No one will can save anyone of you from his wrath so the sooner you accept all of this, the better it will be for—” A loud growl suddenly claimed the air, cutting Abasha off. It was too ferocious and loud that it almost didn’t seem real but I had to check to confirm first. With the burst, Abasha and I immediately veered our gazes to the scene down below… and then my heart skipped a beat.

The Howling Throne

The Howling Throne

The whispers had become a chorus now, a rising cacophony of voices overlapping in a language that should not have existed. The air turned cold. Then, for the first time since Erythos’ fall… The world screamed. A tremor split the temple floor, jagged cracks racing outward like lightning. The pillars groaned, the ancient stone crumbling beneath unseen pressure. And then, Darkness spilled from the cracks. Not shadow. Not mist. Something else. Something that had been waiting. Something that did not belong. Elior pulled Sienna back, his grip tightening around his sword. But what use was steel against something like this?

Her Light and My Darkness

Her Light and My Darkness

" In that instant, Samuel's strength gave way, and he stumbled back several steps. Leaning against the icy hospital wall, he unleashed a guttural scream. "Wasn't this surgery supposed to be risk-free?!" Panic and despair burst forth from his eyes in a flash. The news of my passing broke him in an instant. Amelia dashed over in a hurry.

Rejected by my Choosen Mate

Rejected by my Choosen Mate

The temperature in the room dropped, and the lights flickered. Everyone descended into chaos at the sudden disturbance. Gloria's eyes widened in terror, and I felt a strange, dark energy in the air. Shadows seemed to move on their own, sending shivers down my spine as an unsettling voice echoed through the room. "Rhys," the voice said, "the darkness you've embraced is only the beginning." The room fell silent. Gloria turned around, her face pale and clearly terrified.

Midst of Darkness!

Midst of Darkness!

The man who has snatched the light from my life, it feels like he is here or maybe I am so paranoid that my mind creates an illusion. He always makes me feel that he is not present but I know he is present in the darkness of the house. He owns it, darkness is his slave and he conquers everything with it. I entered the room and quickly switched on the lights. I can hear my own heartbeats as I gulped in fear and my hands started shaking making the water in my bottle tremble with the movements. Never in my life have I thought that I'll be this terrified to enter my own room. It feels tragic.

STOP…. Sit back and take a read. This story has the makings of a Netflix limited series. I hope the author decides to do a continuation. Bring Rebecca back and Aura to take revenge on the Mafia. Also let’s read more about her struggles and … Did Edgardo inherit her multiple personalities?

Lurking in the Dark - Book 2

Lurking in the Dark - Book 2

Reese pulled again, almost dragged me away from the stairs and led me through the underground corridor. There were no windows down here, just an old ventilation system that stuttered and supplied the air with oxygen. The part was broken so often that the temperatures down here were mostly sauna-like, but at the moment I didn't feel anything. My hands felt numb. My whole body felt numb. Not even Reese's presence could change that at the moment. Why? Why did something like this have to happen now, of all times, when my life was finally going on in a semi-regulated manner? Why couldn't I just lock the past in some dark hole so it could never bother me again? I just didn't get it.

DARK SIDES

DARK SIDES

Blake's sobs soon followed at the sight of nothingness, darkness and that one hole on the ceiling. "L-luca, p-please. Get me o-out of here, p-please." Sobbed Blake in despair, his lips quivering in fear. The shivers didn't stop to crawl on his skin, as the thought of not getting out there forever started to eat his soul. He crawled backwards until a cold wall hit his back, as the sound of chains echoed around the dark room.

The Darkness Between Us

The Darkness Between Us

His dark suit fit him perfectly, accentuating every hard-earned muscle beneath the fabric. For a moment, I forgot how to breathe. The world seemed to narrow until there was nothing left except him. He stood there, his eyes already fixed on me with an intensity that made my knees threaten to buckle. He was watching me. Studying me. And there was no missing the emotion shining within those dark eyes—wonder and relief and happiness all tangled together in a way that made my stomach twist in an unexpected way. A rush of heat flooded my body so quickly it stole my breath, starting on my cheeks and spreading down my neck and into my chest. What should have been embarrassment transformed into somet

Light & Darkness: Book 3

Light & Darkness: Book 3

- I replied, indignant. - It doesn't matter what time it is.- my mother interjected.- You are not allowed to walk in this forest after dark. Even during the day, it's not completely safe there, a vampire hangs around this woods. And don't even tell me you didn't feel it when you wandered there.- she added, to my surprise, although I shouldn't be surprised, after all, my mother was more powerful than me and was able to sense all kinds of creatures from a great distance. - I felt it only once, late in the evening, at the end of the previous year.- I confessed, quite truthfully.- I never felt it during the day, and today I returned home after dark for the first time in a long while.- I reminded

Frequently Asked Questions

Been checking for ages and it's a tough one. 'The Darkness Outside Us' doesn't have an official audiobook release as far as I can tell, which is a massive shame. I think the publisher might not have picked it up for audio production yet.

Honestly, I ended up reading the ebook while listening to some ambient space synth mixes on YouTube to set the mood. It's not the same, but it sort of works. I keep hoping someone like Michael Crouch or Steve West will narrate it one day—their voices would fit the isolation of that story perfectly.

I'd sign up for a petition if there was one to get this made. For now, checking the publisher's site or the author's socials every few months is the only real update method.
