He's obviousy aware i am in some sort of an abusive situation seeing as he has literally seen my husband yell at me in the middle of my drive way. "My husband and I are getting a divorce." Who told you to get divorced

Who told you to get divorced

—Of course not, we are already divorced, we are going to stay in separate rooms, we will pretend to be on our honeymoon, but, we will simply be in the same residence after a month passes, he will officially announce that we are divorced. By the way, I waived all my rights to shared assets, as a wife, I literally don't think it is necessary to divide assets when the relationship was never consummated, we just signed a marriage document and soon after we declined it with the divorce.

The Divorce That Made Me A Billionaire

The Divorce That Made Me A Billionaire

Pages and pages of the formal, cold document that was what a marriage looked like when it was being taken apart. Then Franklin reached across and turned to a page near the back. There was a marked clause there. He put his finger on it. "Read that section," he said. I read it. It took me reading it two different times to understand what I was looking at, and even then my brain kept wanting to reject it. The clause sealed all records related to Sarah Hale's medical condition and location. It wasn’t just medical privacy rules. This was something else, something built specifically into the divorce agreement as a condition of the financial settlement.

His Clever Mate (Book 3: The 'His' Series)

Then he looks at me, “Mrs. Black, is there anything else you would like to say before we go on recess?” I look at Mr. Fellman and tap my file with the medical records for my virginity. He nods once and I stand. “Yes, your honor. I would like to request this divorce be finalized today.” “Mrs. Black, typically there is a six-month waiting period for finalized divorces.” “I understand, your honor, however, this is a unique circumstance that I believe you will find reasonable.” “What is the unique circumstance?” “My husband and I never consummated our marriage. I’m still a virgin.” I said.

Love the story. I was so gutted for Adrian and Amber. Not sure why, but their story really got to me and made me sad. I wish both could have had their own happy ending or figured it out. But I’m happy that Adrian moved on with Sinclair and they are happy. Looking forward to the ending.

Book 3 is about Isaiah and Kaia. It was such a wonderful, funny and exciting book. This ok made me laugh. Kaia is a strong woman and perfect for Isaiah. Sinclair and Adrian are starting to form in this book. It’s difficult but I don’t want to say too much. You really have to read this book. Love it

Love In Borrowed Accents & Legal Ink

“And you won’t expect loyalty over truth?” “I expect discretion,” he said. “That’s not the same thing.” “No,” he agreed. Silence lingered. Yasmin flipped a page. “Divorce clause.” Charles nodded. “After five years, automatic eligibility for dissolution with pre-agreed settlement.” “And before five years?” Amara asked. “Penalty structure,” Charles replied. “Meaning?” Edward answered. “If either party exits early without breach, financial compensation applies.” “How much?” she asked. Charles named a number.

After Three Years, I’m Choosing Divorce

After Three Years, I’m Choosing Divorce

" He shot me a glare, as if his son's infidelity was somehow my fault. I shrank back slightly, but my father didn't miss the opportunity to smack the back of my head, scolding me in a poor attempt to mimic Austin's father. At that moment, I took my chance, pulling out my phone and playing last night's recording for everyone to hear. I looked from my father to Austin, declaring, "I want a divorce. If you refuse, I'll make sure this recording goes public." I could feel sweat gathering in my palms as I spoke.

SORRY MR. BILLIONAIRE I DON'T WANT YOU BACK

SORRY MR. BILLIONAIRE I DON'T WANT YOU BACK

Her hand went to her belly, as if to hide the baby that was already growing in her belly. Nathan stood there silent as he looked at her, refusing to let her tears sway him. He sighed deeply and said, “Ava, the prenuptial contract specifically stated that we are allowed to get divorced after three years, a fact you would have known if you actually read it.” “That is not reason enough for you to divorce me, Nathan; I know you, and for the last year you have not been the same person I lived with for the first two years of our marriage,” Ava said, forcing herself to walk towards him.

Yet, he could not exhibit his irritation thinking another man was about to dig that hole of hers. “Alright. Then I’ll go speak to my lawyer to visit you tomorrow to finish drafting our divorce agreement.” Kristel squeezed a smile. “Actually, I did not worry about the contents of the divorce papers.” She doesn’t care if Galvin would only leave her small alimony. However, she was pregnant with his child. It has rights for his company. Even so, Kristel did not voice her thoughts for fear that Galvin would make new arrangements that would devastate her. “Thank you for agreeing to the divorce. I hope you can attend our wedding,” said Galvin. He got up from his chair and was ready to take a step.

A Divorce He Regrets

A Divorce He Regrets

I said, working to keep my voice level when a tornado was tearing its way through me. "Mrs. Graham, are you certain? Divorce is—" "Yes," I cut him off, my voice razor-sharp now. "Quite sure. I have to get out. I'll send the details over, but I need you to begin drawing them up." There was a pause on the other end. "Alright. I'll get to work on it. Anything else you need, just let me know." "Thanks," I whispered before hanging up. I dropped the phone into my lap and stared blankly at the screen. The weight of my choice settled heavy on top of me, but I didn't have any other choice.

Excluded Husband: I Chose Divorce

Excluded Husband: I Chose Divorce

Because they knew I valued family, they thought they could trample all over my dignity. Just then, my phone buzzed. It was a text from Nathan with my flight details. It was an early morning departure. Fighting through the throbbing pain, I forced myself up, grabbed my driver's license, and walked straight out the front door. The moment the lock clicked shut behind me, an overwhelming wave of liberation washed over me. I was going to file for divorce. I wanted nothing more to do with this family.
