The Dragon Prince Rayla Novels & Stories

Lyra "Lyra Walker." The herald's voice cut across the square like a blade, and my own name turned my legs to water. He was reading from a long roll of parchment. The tribute list. The names of the girls the Dragon King would take this year. I knew what that list meant. Every five years, the Dragon Court chose unmarried girls from the human towns. They were called brides. They were called offerings. They were called many gentle things. But none of them ever came home.

It was obvious that the princess was displeased with Raziel's attitude, but she tried her best to hide it. She gave him one of her polite practiced smiles. "I am Lyra your highness, the first princess of Crestland, and the daughter of..." "I didn't ask you for details. I only asked for your name." Raziel cut her off, and she gave him a smile which was obviously forced. Raziel smiled to himself. This one was easy. "What are your hobbies your highness?" He asked as he began to eat.

What was going on? Valgron roared and lunged. A bold move to make against his king. “Idiot. Why would he do that?!” said the red-haired stranger who pulled me back. I looked up from the floor to see a teenage girl hovering over me. There were scales on her face and arms. Who was she? “Who are you?” I whispered. “Take cover!” She warned. Before she shielded us, I saw Rhaedros swipe a single claw! He misses since Valgron immediately took flight.

Alpha Dillion explains. I watch as Travian looks at Alphas Grayston and Quade. I can tell that they are not sure if they want to tell these wolves exactly what kind of dragon Ty, Reyna, and I are. I let Ty know we could trust them and that they would be good allies. “I am a rare black crystalline opal dragon while my friend Reyna is a rare ammolite dragon. Elayni is a hybrid water. She is part water dragon and part mermaid.” Ty states,

exclaimed Sasha, nearly leaping out of her seat. "You know them?" innocently asked Luna as Sasha whipped her head toward the shorter girl, an expression of incredulousness displayed on her face. "How can you not know about them!? They're like super famous that even a village girl like me knows about them! That's Prince Zain, aka, the prodigy warrior prince, whose skills are unrivaled, not to mention his nickname is Dungeon Prince, Bearer of three Mysticals. While that girl next to him is the shining crown jewel princess of Rigel, who is spoken highly of across the Starry Galaxy. Praised for not only her selfless character, sense of justice, and intelligence, but of how she was chosen by a St

And if I can just get Primus back to himself, the Queen of Luxandra would have nothing to hold over me. Not just because my dragon prince is the rightful king of Luxandra but also because he is one of the most powerful Earth drakes to ever walk the continent. Nobody can match him for skill, strength, or strategy. He was born and raised to rule. He was never meant to be the puppet of a second-rate queen with her only claim to the throne the children she carries, supposedly from her husband, King Segundus. Although there can’t be anyone who believes that her clutch is his.

He lifts me up and enters the steamy hot water with me; he sits and I lean back against his chest in the hot bubbly goodness. “So, let’s hear it.” I say as he massages my shoulders. My eyes roll, and a moan leaves me before my eyes close. His fingers feel so good against my skin. “I was in the Dragon Realm. I wanted to restore it to its former glory for Cyra. After all, she isn’t just the future heir to the Phoenix Kingdom. She is the future heir to the Dragon Realm.” I lean forward and look at him over my shoulder. “She is the princess of both. I am King Apollo’s son. I am the current ruler of the Dragon Realm.”

Not me,l nothing called rescued was ever in my life. “I heard they were dragons who know how to treat their females satisfactorily. I can't wait to meet one” She added, and that seemed to lift their spirits. “I heard that the prince will be coming to choose a bride this time. He had never shown up for any of the events in the past. I would be more than grateful because I know he would pick me. How excellent would it be to become the wife of the dragon prince!” A girl squealed happily. It was the head of Pack council’s daughter. Up until last year, she was promised to the Alpha’s heir, Orion. No one knows what happened between the two to date.

They laughed and walked away to go talk. Saphira walked to a table with drinks on it, took one, then turned to walk away when a scent hit her so hard, she stiffened and tried to find the source. She looked around but couldn't find anyone. She finally chalked it up to her imagination and turned to walk away but ran straight into a wall. When she looked up, she realized it wasn't a wall, but the most incredible man she had ever seen. He reached to touch her face, and she leaned into his touch. The sparks were enough to make her forget her manners completely until she heard the deepest voice she had ever heard, "My beautiful mate. Might I know your name and where you are from?" Saphira looked i

Aqua’s POV I knew little about mates and what I did know was something about the moon goddess. I also knew that shifters had mates, werewolves, and dragon shifters both. Was this what it was or was I being delusional? Was I a dragon prince’s mate? “Aqua,” Cade whispered to bring me back to reality. I snapped out of my delusion and walked with Cade to everyone else. “Your majesties,” he bowed after greeting them, “this is my long-lost sister Aqua.” I wouldn’t call myself long lost, considering I was abandoned and found easily.
