The moment they spotted us, relief washed over their faces. “Guardians!” One boy stumbled forward, clothes covered in dirt, tears streaming down his face. Amid the women’s screams and crying, the bodyguard stuffed the pills into their mouths. The drug took effect almost immediately. The sounds of heavy breathing filled the living room. A depraved act would soon take place. However, such an animalistic and disturbing show would appeal to no one. “Since you have been nice, you can run. You better pray that Ted doesn’t die.” Kaze dismantled the gun and threw the pieces aside before the bodyguard’s eyes. He then picked Sasha up and walked away. The bodyguard watched with an ashen face as Ted jumped on one of the influencers.

I confess. "Why?" Red asks gently, a small smile tugging his lips into a sexy grin. Jeez, he's so amused. "Are you dumb or what?" I pout, and he chuckles lightly. "I want to—" It roars again, cutting me off. "Fuck it!" I growl, and my bodyguard starts laughing as I cover my face with the duvet. "Come here," Red says and I roll toward him instantly. "Ah, you're so adorable." He scoots me in his arms, ignoring my accusing glance at the comment.

A second later, he sped time up, but I was still able to see everything. Father had even taken Little Cyran downstairs with them, where the dungeons were. Once we were in the dungeon, time slowed down again. “This is exactly why it isn’t possible to control the situation…” My father spoke and then without further explanation, Little Cyran rushed toward the cell, where some of the rogues were being confined. They were not much older than Little Cyran, yet they were being beaten by a guard. “Stop this! This isn’t fair. Even prisoners have rights!” Little Cyran yelled.

I said getting extremely angry. "Okay, fine, you need to loosen up a little, but seriously, from the moment the formal guardian gave you his blessings it was time for me to come out and meet my new master." He said as he came down gentle sitting on my bed. "Wait, so the spirit guide the book talked about, man or beast, was you?" I asked curiously. "You should be luck you got me, Bruce the fox would leave you with tons of riddles and Agnes the leopard is such a square... Always going according to the rules." he said as he laid back on the bed.

Elle kept on marching up the hills angrily determined to get to the warehouse, she was almost so close to the warehouse when she saw a guardian in front of her baring his teeth, she immediately shrieked and hid behind a tree. She peeked out from the tree and saw at least 10 guardians walking around with red eyes, baring their teeth. She quickly took notice of their position; 4 were standing a few steps away from her, 3 were just roaming around and the other 3 were standing protectively in front of the warehouse.
