I have to say, this is an excellent read, right from the first chapter it just grasps you. I know it isn't comedy but the choice of words just had me giggling. I just know it's about to get intense. If you're wandering whether to read it or not, take it from me, you must! You won't regret it!

I love the dark part of this story. It's touchy and realistic. Even though I just read the first chapter, I felt every meaningful touch and idea the author wanted to pass through. I'm so impressed and I definitely love this. Keep it up, writer.

Mr. Huntington's Secret

Mr. Huntington's Secret

Then I read Sir Sebastian’s reply. Yeah. It’s safe and sound. I had never encountered the name of his business colleagues who have a name, Schneizel. Is he a new client? Or an old pal of my boss? “What are you doing?” I froze from my standpoint. My eyes, which were from the monitor of his computer, were transferred to Mr. Huntington who was already near on his desk and leaning on it. His face was dark and was closed to flounce his desk. His menacing, jeopardy eyes were sending daggers on me. I gulped just by seeing his scary and dangerous expression he was exerting right now. That made me stepped back, feeling guilty when he leaned over and closed the window on his monitor where he exited hi

' Julia inquired, arching her eyebrows. 'Yeah, The Lottery,' Lacey confirmed. 'This was from one of her novels, The Haunting of Hill House. They made a couple of movies about it, one that was pretty good way back, and one that well… wasn't… not too long ago. This place reminds me of that book.' We all nodded, even though we had never read it. Everyone felt weird looking at the place like something's using its normal walls as a disguise. 'So, do we just walk in?' Kelly was still indecisive.

“It’s the original version of The Haunting from 1963.” Brad looked from the DVD to Bias, considering if he should tell him about the books. He knew if he did, the information would be fodder to feed Bias’s obsession with the supernatural and his insistence that Brad bring in a paranormal investigation team. On the other hand, he had experienced firsthand the kind of damage that could be done to a relationship if honesty was not the cornerstone of it. What may seem like little, insignificant lies invariably lead to larger, more destructive deceptions. “Speaking of haunting . . . ” Brad said.

The Haunted's Kiss of Regret and Repentance

The Haunted's Kiss of Regret and Repentance

Instead, I told them that my nightmares were taking a toll on me, and it was probably the lack of sleep and paranoia that makes me see things. I knew that by the look on their faces, they thought I was either going mad, or they tried to think of a logical explanation as to what I was talking about. "Hold up," Joyce said as she rubbed her temple. We were all sitting on the floor by this time except for Kimmy who was on the bottom of the stairs, "you mean to tell me, you're technically being haunted by your ex who was part of a cult?!" she said exaggeratedly. I knew she was also losing it by the way she stressed the word "cult".

Slaughter Hill a Paranormal Romance

Slaughter Hill a Paranormal Romance

Lillie Damon stared out the window of her cabin. The lightning in the midnight sky illuminated the forest on Slaughter Hill. Wind hissed through the forests. Thunder rang with a loud explosion that echoed for miles. She was determined it was a suitable midnight to cast a spell upon her suitor Paul. She went into the shower. Lying down on the counter was a comb that Paul used to comb his hair. Lillie picked up the hair from his comb. Lillie stepped onto the back deck and cleaned the soil off the underside of his loafers. She continued into the backyard and ignited a picture of him and picked up the ashes. She was squatting on the floor with torches all around her. The gleam of the torches pro

The Shadow of Sylvania's Curse

The Shadow of Sylvania's Curse

Not too long ago, half a decade or so it seemed, the scandal that forevermore inscribed the Gaunts’ name in the hearts of the villagers had come to pass. It was a sultry evening, the wind barely coming by when the street was suddenly filled with racing ambulances, its siren wailing in the neighborhood, waking up the villagers. They were heading toward the manor. It didn’t take long for the villagers to see three corpses being taken away, Senior Gaunt’s wife, Rose, sobbing, shaken so badly, a baby cradled in her arms as she went with the ambulance.

House of Shadows

House of Shadows

I let out a cry. The footsteps behind are louder and are moving faster. I look behind me in the darkened hallway, waiting for whatever’s behind me to appear in the yellow dim light. I wait there anxiously, the nerves in my body make me almost want to vomit. The footsteps stop just before the light, I still can’t see whatever it is as it waits in the darkness. No sound is heard, the air around grew intense, my nerves were all over the place as I stared into the darkness in front of me. Just then the light above blew out letting out a loud pop. From behind I can feel the presence of someone. I can feel someone breathing on the back of my neck as I sit there too terrified to look behind me. “We

Forbidden To Forget Him

Forbidden To Forget Him

The early morning mist rolled across the smooth surface of the water towards the shore. The dawn had just risen and the sun was strong enough to cast the first of its rays through the shroud of white over the surrounding hills. Clarissa raised her camera to capture the moment and rolled off another reel of film. The main focus of her attention was a large island in the middle of Goldwater Lake. The place had fascinated her since she was a child. Upon it sat an old haunted Victorian mansion, the focus of many ghost stories after the murder of a young Victorian family. The house was mysteriously hidden amidst the trees lining the shore and it was hard to capture even a glimpse of it, especiall
