] Willa fixed her eyes on Cerberus, putting in a huge effort to not look at me even though that was nearly impossible in a mindlink. "Here!" I grinned pulled out the key she threw at me the other day and handed it over. Though still mad, Willa was forgiving me and my heart leaped at that. Willa and Cerberus headed to the house on the hill. I chose that meadow to build the new house around the time I realized that Taran fell for Willa. They both loved the sea, and that hill had THE best view. I expanded the pool on the roof and had it on the sea's side so they could enjoy a view of the sea in the pool. I didn't change too much on the rest of the design --

Yeah this is really good. I thought the results of 10/10 was a bit dramatic but this is very well written. Firstly it’s not predictable, which I love, but there seems to be a lot of things under the surface that the author has considered since the start. I can’t wait for it to be finished!

FORSAKEN WIFE, NOW A BILLIONAIRE'S GREATEST REGRET

FORSAKEN WIFE, NOW A BILLIONAIRE'S GREATEST REGRET

Their scouts had picked two finalists: our house, with its pie-filled kitchen and sea-glass collections, and Carson Pryce’s glass cliff house. The request, delivered via a very excited editor, felt like a cosmic joke. “They want to pit us against him in a… tasteful spread?” Arthur said, incredulous. “ ‘Hearth vs. Hubris: Coastal Living at a Crossroads’?” “We should decline,” Clara said immediately. “We don’t need the spotlight. And we shouldn’t share a page with him.” “But,” Miranda countered, “if we decline, the narrative is just his. The ‘philosopher-king in his dramatic aerie.’ Our story—the messy, communal, pie-baking story—gets erased. Again.”

What the Sea Could Not Keep

What the Sea Could Not Keep

Robert Blackwell promised to marry me, then postponed it thirty-eight times. The fifth time, a car crash broke eight of his ribs, and I signed seven critical-condition notices. The tenth time, on the way to get our marriage license, he and the car were thrown into the sea, and his suit was torn apart by sharks. By the thirty-eighth time, his heart disease had worsened and his life was hanging by a thread. Eight months pregnant, I changed flights three times and flew twenty-three hours across half the world to find him. When the door opened, a little boy who looked exactly like him lifted his face and said, "I thought Mom was back." Robert rushed out barefoot, panic written all over his

(Bonus Story 1) The Mediterranean Sea was a perfect, crystal-clear sapphire under the midday sun. Floating gracefully on the calm water was the Sovereign Serenity, Jackson’s four-hundred-foot mega-yacht. It was a masterpiece of naval engineering, featuring everything from a cinema to an indoor botanical garden. But currently, the most powerful man in the world was standing on the aft deck, arguing with a seagull. "This is private property," Jackson Sterling warned the bird, which was aggressively eyeballing his plate of fresh caviar and toast. "I bought the airspace above this ship. Technically, you are trespassing."

The Devil Who Bought Me

The Devil Who Bought Me

“Of course, Signora. Do you recall the specific vessel?” Natalie hesitated. “He mentioned… something about the ‘Sea Serpent.’ A Grimaldi vessel.” Flora’s eyebrows arched slightly. “The *Sea Serpent*? That ship was involved in quite the scandal, if I recall. Allegations of… contraband.” A cold knot tightened in Natalie’s stomach. “Contraband?” “Yes, Signora. Though nothing was ever proven. The manifest was ultimately declared… lost.” Flora’s voice was carefully neutral, but a flicker of something, perhaps suspicion, crossed her face.

THE BILLIONAIRE'S AFFAIR

THE BILLIONAIRE'S AFFAIR

“One of the most powerful men in the United States!” “Yup,” Grant agrees. “I designed his house. He had ‘Storm of the Sea of Galilee’ by Rembrandt, if I recall. Stolen in 1990 from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum – same heist as ‘The Concert.’ But it was the second guy on the list who had the Vermeer.” “What?! No, that can’t be right – ” “Yup. I doubt he’s the same presidential candidate Epicurus gave ten million dollars to – my guy already had hundreds of millions of his own – though you never know.”

Mistaken Night With my Ex-Husband

Mistaken Night With my Ex-Husband

I watched the boat disappear back into the blue horizon and realized that for the next month we were officially the only two people who existed in our world. The house was a sanctuary of cool marble floors and open air terraces that looked out over a sea so blue it felt like a hallucination. Dominic guided me to the master suite which was filled with the scent of sea salt and the expensive citrus candles I had mentioned liking months ago. He had managed to have my entire studio setup moved here in secret so that I wouldn't have to spend a single day without the ability to paint my thoughts.

He was young, with the same sharp jawline as Damien, but his eyes were mine—hazel, with a ring of gold around the iris. On the back of the photo, a single line was written in elegant, flowing script: *The sea hides what the land cannot handle. Project Cerberus begins at the shoreline.* "Cerberus," I said, the word tasting like salt. "The file I saw in your office. You told me it was about my disposal."

Between Life and Death: The Bad Blood

Grande stated and eyed me furiously. "I won't for the sake of my plan. Besides, all of us here wants to destroy the origin of this uproar." She didn't back down from our glaring eyes until she spoke, "I'm not convinced." "Do I look the same to you?" "Cut it!" Cerulean intervened in our bickering that will surely lead to a fight. "If both of you continue to quarrel, then we can't move forward to our plan. For once, quit it and set compliance for the sake of saving humanity!"

Frequently Asked Questions

'The House in the Cerulean Sea' was penned by TJ Klune, a master of weaving heart and humor into fantastical worlds. Its popularity stems from its radiant optimism—a stark contrast to the grimdark trends saturating fiction. The novel follows Linus, a bureaucratic caseworker, who discovers an orphanage of magical children on a whimsical island. Klune’s prose sparkles with wit, but it’s the emotional core that resonates: found family, acceptance, and the quiet courage to defy prejudice.

The children—a wyvern, a gnome, and even the Antichrist—aren’t just quirks; they symbolize society’s ‘others,’ and their bonds with Linus dismantle stereotypes without preachiness. The book’s charm lies in its balance: cozy yet profound, silly yet deeply moving. Readers crave its warmth, especially post-pandemic, where hope feels revolutionary. Klune crafts a love letter to kindness, proving mundane hearts can harbor extraordinary magic.
