The Invisible Girl

The Invisible Girl

Two minutes later he entered to the library looking everywhere, when he spotted her he came closer. "Hey. " He said moving a chair backwards and sitting down while placing his backpack on the desk. "Hi. " "I hope you don't mind but i got ahead in the assignment. " He said placing a copy of the book "Pride And Prejudice" by Jane Austen on the desk. Its cover had a girl with brown short curly hair and wearing a pink long dress that resembled a night gown, and a bonnet in her head seated on a chair looking somewhere else. She was resting her chin on her left index finger while on her right hand she was holding what it seemed a piece of paper. The cover was attractive to Amy, who always wanted t

Thanks, Scarlett, he'll pay for what he did to us and that's for sure," I answered and then she nodded in agreement and left the room. I ate my food and barely got any sleep as I continued all through the night reading the book and by 5:13 am I was done with the book. The disappointment that engulfed me as a result of bit getting anything useful from the book. I wondered why Araida asked me to read it, there was nothing but mostly spells on becoming invisible. I had not seen any ghost since the last one I saw when I was with Sigil. I stood up from the chair and moved to the bed as I was sleep-deprived, strained eyes, and with a banging headache.

Alpha's Fated Contract Wife

Alpha's Fated Contract Wife

He just wanted to let Liam everything out. Hours passed, giving no relief to anyone, but one page of a book made Lexi's eyes go wide. "Bring alpha to Hazel's room," She said to Axel in the mind link. "What did you find?" Axel asked. His voice was heavy and tired. "Something crucial... Bring him there now but wait for me outside the room." She quickly sprayed the potion that she used for the invisibility spell, grabbed the book, and made herself invisible, making her father's eyes go wide. He didn't know that his daughter learned to become invisible in just two days.

An Outcast Of Time

An Outcast Of Time

Do you know why I became invisible? The clock nodded slightly or rather brought itself down. Then the watch replied with a smile of satisfaction: - Of course, I know, I can only tell you one thing. Just as she had thought, the past had been changed. That's why you were not born, so you became invisible, an outcast of time. Aurora felt very bewildered. But she realized that perhaps this person in front of her eyes could help her. She tried to calm down and asked him, trying to be polite:

She asked as I nodded and then left the floor and decided to take some rest before evening meel and also I have to arrange my clothes and essential things in the wardrobe, but my mind was still stuck to that room only. 'Why I feel some kind of pull towards that room......???' To be continued......... A/P "“It would be too easy to say that I feel invisible. Instead, I feel painfully visible, and entirely ignored.” -David Levithan

The Victorian Society of Strange Ocurrances

The Victorian Society of Strange Ocurrances

“Since the rest of the library was empty I assume that the necromancer walked to the abandoned house, took the books off the shelves and forgot this one behind” Elizabeth opened the book and rummaged through the pages “This is a harmless book for the most part, it is mostly cabalist magic or ones based on bending nature…nothing too sinister, with some exceptions, but significant since a lot of people practising magic use the book as an initiation” the enthusiasm on her voice was contiguous, it was definitely a clue. She smiled as she perused trough the tome while she reached a page that was titled invisibility, the book suggested it was a ring there was a footnote about it being more of a cl

HOUR OF THE WOLF

HOUR OF THE WOLF

The town below was engulfed in a kaleidoscope of shimmering lights flickering in the distance as the starry nighttime swept over the Oakheart village that never seemed fully asleep. The garden was cold and completely dark when Minnow and Henry decided to head back inside. It had been quiet and peaceful under the apple tree, but Minnow felt the chill as the darkness swallowed them when the candle in the lantern burned out. It was the most piercing darkness she had felt, awakening her senses with its sharp, crisp smells.

Guessing what might have caused his hair to be so messed up, he must have used his hand to mess up his hair because he does that when he was confused or when he had something on his mind bothering him and with the look of it, I knew he had run his hand through his hair time and time again because he was bothered. My eyes fell on the floor as he move closer not because I was a little intimidated by him but because I realised I knew certain things about him that I had unconsciously taken note of him and it was terrifying. He stares at me for a very long time without saying anything. His shoulders were still tensed, I could feel the tension and weight he carried, accompanied by his Cologne oozi

Secrets of Time

Secrets of Time

Learn how to hide and protect yourselves, you idiots. I kept on flipping the book, finding something that seems so interesting. I love reading so maybe I can just read for now even if it'll just end up worthless. I have nothing to do anyway. I'll just continue my hunt to that bastard the moment the sun rises tomorrow. I really love reading books about history and maybe this will help me with my boredom and give me a lot of energy for my battle tomorrow. I read some pages till my eyes landed on an illustration which seems to be erased now if I'll touch it. It has something written in it but it's already blurry. It's visible how many years it has already passed.

Alpha Erik

Alpha Erik

Some visions from the past that I refused to acknowledge others were ones I hadn't looked at in the previous six years. A new book appeared at the top of the shelf. It was an uncertain outcome, the vision I had just seen in my office. I reached for it; the cover was the colour of blood and felt warm beneath my fingers. I flipped it open and allowed it to pull me in. I felt my body vanish as the world around me shifted and morphed into the place I had just seen. I tuned out the noise as I concentrated on details. The clock on the oven read seven-thirty. I gritted my teeth as I tried to spot some way to tell what day it was.

Don’t let the price of the chapters fool you, these are the longest chapters I’ve ever seen. The price is well worth the amount you’re receiving. One of the best books yet, not only does the author do a wonderful job telling the story but also keeps you intrigued the entire time.

Love how this story is written. I have read the entire series and I can say it is a whirlwind of emotions. Alpha Erik is the first of the five book series and it stole my heart from the start. Definitely worth the read! Big chapters too!
