He struck his wife with the killing blow, and just before she died, she cursed him and his people.” “Fire burned the land, killing every living thing in it,” I said roughly. “The wind blew dust and sand to the kingdom. It became a desert.” I held her face up. “You are fire. You are wind. You will be the judgment on the man who betrayed his pack, his clan, and his people.” I kissed her roughly.

Author's POV Years later, Flameheart stood atop a majestic mountain, the winds whipping gently around him as he gazed out over the sprawling lands of the New Royal Crescent Moon Pack. The terrain below was a breathtaking panorama of lush forests, rolling hills, and glistening rivers that danced in the sunlight. It was a land transformed, flourishing under the care and unity of their pack.

Mat stopped as he watched Bianca's face. She debated if she wanted to continue this conversation as Mat was spewing nonsense. « Ok, Mat. Magic… » He shook his head from side to side. « You know, the world is a bigger place… » « Yes, yes. Go on. » Mat sighed. «The Wind Tribe used to be nomad. Walking around the earth, following the magic flows that run around the land. That was our ancestors' way of life until our last chief found this place….» Bianca was now captivated by what he was saying.

The Windrider fortress appeared on the horizon like a promise of war. Loren had expected something graceful, perhaps even elegant in the eastern manner. What rose from the steppe was a city built by people who understood that survival mattered more than beauty. Massive timber walls stretched across the landscape, crowned with watchtowers sweeping the grassland. Red and gold flags fluttered in the wind like battle standards. The entire structure seemed to have grown from the steppe itself, as though the Windrider people had seized a piece of the landscape and dared anyone to take it back.

They flew through the air like jets as the wind whipped through their hair and sand hit them in the face like multiple needles. They flew until there was no more sand, instead there were lush green trees with droplets of cold rain water dripping on their heads. There were also tall mountain ranges that seemed to stretch for miles and a bunch of hills, plateaus and valleys. The two of them went and stood atop a hill overlooking the land. “Welcome to Corneria, one of the lost lands of the 13 worlds.” Said Jidana stretching out her hands. “Lost land, even in Falusia?”

Her hands were also doing the talking, and it was the cutest thing I've seen in a while. "Windzare Lights was located deep in the mountains. The mountains hills were so high up, the land’s winds could be felt. One did feel like he was living in the clouds. It’s Alpha, being King Claudius. The Firedunes Pitts were located on the other side of the lands, the parts where mythical beasts where rumoured to have lived. This part of the lands was located near the raging volcanos. The Alpha of this pack was Lord Phoenix." she goees on.

Arte whispered to her. Tempest nodded with an affectionate smile "Of course. We are one. You're not broken, just doubting yourself, child," Tempest confirmed. "You are our grandfathers' granddaughter - Strong, fearless, combat and destruction were made for YOU, not the other way around. You have the talent for it, but you don't have to walk that path if you don't want it," Tempest assured her. She was telling her all the things that should have been explained from the beginning.
