She opened the book, dividing it into two halves. The last half of the book had a circle cut out of the middle part of the pages. In the hole was a little red button. Rudolph watched with interest as Diana pushed the button and instantly, the huge wall in front of them slid into the space beside it until they were staring at a smaller library. Rudolph gasped. "Oh my gosh, a secret library!" "My father thought of a day where we might lose everything to war and wanted to preserve our knowledge and military power at least.

I turned it on, but there was nothing good. It was 11 o’clock. The truth was that I was a little bit tired, but I didn’t want to sleep without saying goodnight to him and thanking him for his hospitality. I remembered the library in the small room. It was full of books. I could find something to kill my time while waiting. There were different kinds of books. From history to fiction, and fairytales, but what caught my interest were a bunch of books right in the middle of the selves with black and golden binding.

When it was written, who the author was, whether known or unknown, why it was written, in what form it was written, anything. I stopped by the librarian's and made some small talk with him. Librarians had this kind of thing that they did where they cheerfully engaged in conversations with whoever would care to listen. Well, I guess it could get kind of lonely if you had no company except books who just happened to not be capable of conversations. You should definitely be friends with a librarian though. They usually have a storehouse of knowledge to bestow. And by that, I mean those that actually read. The storehouse and the fact that they can tell you which new book just came in as well as

It doesn’t matter how many times I refuse to attend dinner, or how long I refuse to speak with them—they just…don’t care. In between the bouts of silence and petty behavior, I spend most of my time in the library. Usually, I avoid confining myself to the mansion as much as possible, but duty calls. I’ve read up on everything we have about the war, though most of its earliest accounts were lost to myth and legend. My family brought over most of their records from the Old Country, but it’s not enough.

It was supposed to be used only in the day time by special students who couldn’t use the public library for a valid reason. When Anthony started visiting the mini library at night, he used to tip the librarian. But very soon, there was no need to do so because, they were the same. Anthony usually went to the mini library to read supernatural books–especially, books about werewolves. He held his textbook closely so that whenever anyone came close, he would quickly replace it. Not like anyone would suspect him to be a werewolf just because he was reading such books but, he was scared. The day the librarian caught him, he began to stammer.

This doesn’t sound like the book I needed so I put it back on the shelves and wander the rows of clams looking for something that catches my eye. It turns out it’s not easy looking for something when you don’t know what that something is. The librarian walks in my direction once she is done reading to the children. “I don’t expect you to remember me, but I am Gilda, I would recognize your soul anywhere.” “I’m sorry I don’t remember you.” Why didn’t my soul sense hers if we had met before? “You used to come here often, especially before the war when witches were welcome to come and go as they pleased” her voice cracked.

I replied still standing where I stood. "I know." He said. "Which was why I used the word stumble." Then he looked at me. "I believe you." "Have a seat." He said, pulling out a seat for me. "Thank you." I replied sitting down while he sat on the desk nodding. "My ancestors built this library long time ago to hide confidential pack secrets and to hold our pack members Incase of a war." He said. All I did was nod.

The walk to the bookstore was shorter than she expected. Nestled between two larger buildings, its faded sign read "Willow’s Nook.” A small bell chimed as they stepped inside, and the scent of old paper and polished wood greeted them. The librarian was a small lady with a bob cut and cat eyed glasses, probably in her fifties. The space was cozy, with narrow aisles lined with overflowing shelves and dim lamps casting a warm glow. It felt like stepping into another world, one untouched by time.

This man, who had accompanied the mayor to meetings and councils, was in his grand mansion doing something that required great concentration. But it was because things were happening in the town that he didn't like. So, before everything went out of his plans, he started reading from some books. He was in the library and closed his eyes after reading a few paragraphs. A kind of tingling air began to emanate from his hands, gradually filling the room, and then escaping through the window. After expelling that air from his hands, Lucian fell to the ground from exhaustion. But he knew that now he had nothing to fear, at least for now.
