The mists filled the air and transformed into terrifying faces of spirits. Shrill screams were emitted from the mists, resembling the wails of evil spirits that had crawled out from hell. "Oh my god!" "What is this? Is this black magic?" "Help! Run …" Many of the wealthy people in the courtyard were frightened to death.

Chad caught me before I could fall. “Bella!” he barked, holding me steady. “What happened? What did you see?” My lips trembled. They all surrounded me now—my brothers, alert and tense, but waiting for me to speak. “There’s a door,” I whispered, turning toward the water again. “A stone door hidden in this lake. It only shows itself to someone with magic. Someone who remembers it.” Chad’s eyes darkened. “Then we find it. Now.”

"This is the reaction we are looking for, right?" Hope pressed a spectral hand to the invisible barrier. "I believe this is a first." The careworn gaze focused on the fiery eyes of the spade hood, "Set it on a stump," Hope's hands waved, and a luminescent seed appeared in her hand. "You will have to hold it in place while I perform the magic." The trio of troopers withdrew earplugs from their vests and stuffed them in their ears. "Jack, you take the release, Herne, and I will keep it in place."

Inside was a glass vial filled with some sort of green liquid. “Magic that will save her life without killing Amy,” jack answered. Before I’d even taken a second to inspect the vial, Mark snatched the potion from my hands. “I’ll fucking do it if you won’t.

she noticed that the Mage was happy to hear about the pumpkin. "Because it will be" the Mage nodded. "The pumpkin is going to come here and we are going to use it" he concluded.
