That one glorious night with a beautiful girl in my arms… it had been a sham. I tried to exercise. I was shackled to the wall so my movement was limited, but I could still move a little. I tried some isotonics, tried jumping in place, but I made little progress and the shackles chafed my wrists. After a while, I got too tired and gave up. I pressed my feet to the floor and leaned back against the wall, using my own bone structure to keep my body upright instead of hanging from the chains. I was already shivering despite the exercise and I felt my head starting to cloud up. Hypothermia was setting in… I doubted I would last the entire twenty-four hours.

They were probably just squirrels, I thought to myself. As we moved further, we spotted a shack— rustic and old-looking— in the middle of nowhere. The color of the wood seemed to be fading, and the standing seam roof was patched up with chopped woods that created a huge hole in between them. The porch elongated to the other side of the front shack, and the door was placed oddly that I had to tilt my head or gouge my eyeballs out. The creepiest thing I noticed was how the woods were so moist that it already was darkened. It sent a shiver down my spine just by looking at it. But it seemed like fate was playing with me. Without making noise I walk out of the room as my phone rings again in my pocket. “Meet us in the shack,” Wyatt says on the other side and ends the call before I even have a chance to reply. We barely use the Shack. Grabbing the keys from my bike I leave my house without thinking twice. The Shack is a small container we use when we need to meet without anyone hearing us. The walls have fucking ears everywhere we go and when we need to be just us, that’s where we meet.

Kinsley lived in this lavish medieval mansion with his loyal butler Aunt Margaret, who had cared for him since he lived in Broughton Country. The mansion consists of two floors. At the front, there is a towering wall and gate. Entering the gate, you are presented with a large yard, a garden, and a small pond with a fountain in the middle of the pond. Besides the yard, there is a small garden overgrown with greenery, and a carport can accommodate ten cars.

The game had no rules and all it cared about was to win. And I did exactly that. "Please get out of my house. I have already filed for divorce. I don’t need you in my house," she said harshly. 15. Someone From Past Shadrach scanned his thumb over the apartment door, and the machine beeped, granting him access. He released Bella’s leash, and she immediately began barking furiously, alerting Shadrach to the presence of an intruder in the house. Cautiously, he positioned himself near a vase, noticing a rod left by the maid during her cleaning. He picked it up, ready to defend himself, before stepping outside and hearing laughter. It was a voice he recognized.

Vincent's POV A month later, Sophia was a husk of a woman, kneeling in an abandoned warehouse on the South Side. "Vincent, please, just kill me..." she begged.
