Even just sitting there, he looked good. Gabriella held a fairy tale book and read it aloud. "Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess who had a stepmother. Her stepmother was jealous of her beauty, so she thought of a way to get rid of her. The stepmother used a poisoned apple to hurt the princess, leaving the princess in a deep sleep.

Letting out a frustrated huff, she stood up and stomped into his bedroom this time. Here she thought he was her Prince Charming. What he turned out to be, was Sleeping Beauty. A snoring one on that! . Hope you guys liked it. Please do let me know what you think through your comments and votes.

Then Max got up, and the smile he sent Ariella, combined with the golden glow of firelight reflecting in his gorgeous brown hair, made her heart quicken. "You've all heard the story of Beauty and the Beast, right? About a beautiful young woman who falls in love with a hideous creature and saves his castle from a curse? Well, let me tell you a story that is a little bit similar and much more real, for I've met the main character myself."

“How…did you know about that?” “I told you, I have much to tell you.” Madaline suddenly smiled and kissed Natalia’s temple. Before Natalia could ask why, she felt her eyelids becoming heavy. She fought sleep, not knowing if she would still be able to save the Grand Duke but the magic of the fairy mother was too strong and she couldn’t triumph, falling asleep right away.

The girl already knew which one to choose, and when a new fairy tale was born she was well prepared for it. *** "Lillian, are you awake?" The familiar voice sounded faint in the ears, the surrounding scenery was still blurry as if it was underwater. As soon as her eyesight improved, it was Phillip's face that came into view first, and Lillian immediately frowned in disappointment. "Ah, it's just Phillip. Even though I was expecting a handsome prince," he complained, before laughing because his brother's expression turned sullen. "Is this the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale!" Phillip walked over to his closet and started picking up things to put in his sling bag. “You're not usually up this late,

“What stories?” “Well, um, you told…Geneva told them to me. The first tale was about a fairy that fell in love with a human. However, this human craved jewels and treasure and did not care about this fragile fairy. So, he persuaded the fairy to lead him to all the fairies’ riches. He stole it and never looked back, while the fairy, in her own heartbreak and guilt, lay down upon a white lily…closed her eyes and never opened them again.” “That’s awful,” said Grace.

I'd hurt her too much to be her fairytale prince to plant her the wake up kiss. I whispered into mother's ears, "Mother, that story you told me about Sleeping Beauty when I was a kid, any resemblance with the case we have on ground?" Mother pressed me a puzzled look. "Really? Sleepy Beauty and Iris? Shoot me, Gustav." "Well, I was only thinking," I shrugged. "There seem to be quite some similarities between the fairytale and Iris'... tale." "That's fiction, boy. Grow up." Mother sank herself into the cushion facing the bed.

I should be more careful with my words, I was speaking as though I wasn't human. "I have heard of sleeping beauty, a lot of kids like her story when I was young. But I never like her, all she did was fall asleep and wait for prince charming to save her. Her story was_" "Lame? I know. But how about we both create a new sleeping beauty? But of course with no prince charming." I don't prince Zane could ever be classified as prince charming. He was more of a beast than a man. "I'm a bit confused my lady."

PART 2 I feel like Sleeping Beauty and not just because we have the same name, but because we were both cursed and our version of death is more or less the same. The only difference is when Sleeping Beauty was kissed by her Prince Charming, her curse was lifted whereas I couldn't even touch my Prince Charming, much less kissing. But that might have to do with the fact I was cursed by a more manipulative and sinister woman and in my case, the love of my existence wasn't even a prince but rather a demon.
