The Forgotten Mark

The Forgotten Mark

It was six years since I started dating Duke when I asked, "Shouldn't we prepare for the marking ceremony? It's almost July." Duke stiffened, lowering his eyes to avert his gaze. "You know I'm the Alpha of the Forest Pack, Fiona. And things have been busy with the pack, so I really don't have the time to think about it." "Okay." I smiled faintly—he really had forgotten about the promise. While I had been preparing for the ceremony for days, I had also anticipated disappointment. If he could forget about something so important, that only meant I didn't mean much in his heart. In that case, I should just leave.

My Detention Started the Don's Fall

My Detention Started the Don's Fall

On my wedding day, Matteo Castello's younger adopted sister, Gisella Castello, delivers me a wedding gift consisting of a worn condom. There's a note pressed underneath said condom. "Lucia, I've already tested Matteo for you. He's really good in bed." I lose my mind on the spot. That night, I sleep with three of Matteo's friends, and I make sure to leave hickeys all over my body. The next morning, Matteo kicks open my room door. Soon, a few sacks are tossed into my room, courtesy of his subordinates. The men whom I've slept with the night before are the ones contained in those sacks. Shocked beyond my wits, I let out a blood-curdling scream. I can barely feel my limbs as I scramble away from those sacks. But Matteo reaches out to grip me by the chin and lift my head forcefully. "What are you afraid of? They were already plotting behind my back. I was worried that I might not be able to deal with them without a proper excuse. What I didn't expect is that you, my dear wife, are sweet and understanding enough to give me a reason for doing so." My head buzzes loudly at that moment. I can feel my blood running cold in my veins. Finally, I realize that this is just a trap that Matteo has set up for me. That's when I completely break down. With tears streaming down my cheeks, I do my best to flee from my room, only to get thrown into the punishment chamber in the end. What he doesn't know is that I'm already pregnant at that time. One year later, the punishment chamber's door is finally opened. Sunlight is cast onto my pale face. Everyone tells me that Matteo is here to take me home. Instead of saying anything, I take my phone and head over to a secluded corner, where I place a phone call. "I got released, Mr. Lombardi. Let's meet up."

THE FORGOTTEN LUNA

THE FORGOTTEN LUNA

ADESSA: I should have known better that nothing good lasts forever. Especially for someone like me—a lowly, orphaned Omega. The last year has been so perfect that I thought I had finally found my place in this world, right in the arms of my mate, Alpha Kael. Kael chose me to be his Luna out of revenge to the female who broke his heart. His reasons didn't matter to me. And though I knew he could never love me the same way he loved Desiree, I have nothing to complain about. Kael was the ideal mate—the perfect Alpha. I was lucky to be his. I was so immersed in the bubbles of my perfect world that I forgot he was never mine in the first place. When tragedy struck, and he awoke with no memory of us, I found myself alone in the shambles of my dreams, witnessing the man I loved walk away with the woman who had broken him. In the blink of an eye, I was back in the same place I was before I met him. KAEL: My life has always been perfect. I am the Alpha of one of the strongest packs on this side of the country and betrothed to the woman who will be the perfect Luna to stand beside me. So when I woke up with no memory of the last two years of my life, married to a woman I had never met and couldn't remember, I began to question everything around me. I wanted nothing to do with her. She is not the Luna I envisioned to end up with. ¤¤¤¤¤ THIS IS A STANDALONE NOVEL AND NOT CONNECTED TO MY PREVIOUS BOOKS/SERIES.  Follow me on my socials for updates and teasers — author.cassa.m.

I started this book back in Dec when it had maybe 60 chapters. The slow updates turned me off, so I started another book that was started in Dec. The book is completed today with 157 chapters yet this 1 still hasn't made any progress. Waste of my time. It’s been 4 mths N only 40 added chapters. Smh.

Our Unwritten Love

The day Henry decided to marry my best friend, I turned into a joke in everyone’s eyes. He lifted my chin and stared into my eyes bewitchingly. “If you admit your fault, I can overlook your mistakes and start over again with you.” I obeyed and uttered the words, “I was wrong.” And yet, with mocking eyes, he sneered, “I can’t believe you’re this cheap, Julia.”
