Jasmine looks shocked by my words, and she looks like she is rethinking her next words and when she doesn’t say anything I am glad, she just turns around and storms off like a toddler. Destiney and I continue our way to our class and when we make it to the class, we make our way inside and find our seats. The teacher notices Destiney is back and welcomes her and wishes her to get well soon. Once lunch comes around, we make our way to the lunchroom, and I get Destiney sat down at her usual table with Hannah, Tyler and Trevor. Then Once I know she is okay and I feel like nothing is going to happen while I’m gone, I make my way to the food line to grab something to eat for Destiney and myself.

Previously, she chose the wooden house that was the most remote to avoid the others, but she did not expect that there would be a commotion when Clara and Quentin came. A few of the regular guests did not dare to disobey, and they touched their noses in embarrassment and left. The remaining three new guests were also a little afraid of Sienna’s identity, so they went out obediently. Only the female guest who was arguing with Hank curled her lips and said, “Pfft, what’s so great about you?” After that, she left. After most of the people had left, the air in the small wooden house was finally circulating. Jonas finally stopped convulsing on the wooden board.

Alvida had said and the maid had scurried out of the room to carry out her mistresses order. We had continue with our conversation and everything felt great; it felt like we were being allowed to have a fresh start as a family, however, it would seem as though bad luck was in much abundance as the joyous day of their discharge and arrival back home turned into a dramatic one at the arrival of the uninvited guest.

The glass was blocked by Devian but wine still fell on her dress.

Unfortunately as what expected, the three weren't able to get inside the room because of the forgotten password. While Adam is running, he saw different rooms. Grandpa's lab is so amazing. Until, he saw the biggest room where he thinks they can put the zombies while the cure is not yet discovered. He entered the biggest room quietly and pressed something that may cause noise or sound so the zombies will follow him when he gets inside of it. The room was messy and dirty, it looks like a stock room, there are spider webs, ants and different insects living there for years, signs that the laboratory was abandoned for many years.

"Now, I have to do a last minute check on all preparations to see everything is going well. Why don't the two of you head outside along with your father eh? He is glaring at me from all the way there, wondering what is delaying the two of you from joining him. Well then, off the two of you go." Just like that, Lorren shoos them away and the two finally break contact, walking out to the entrance of the manor. There they find Gustav, dressed in his best suit as the two stand on both side of him as the guests one by one start appearing, multiple cars pulling in the driveway. Among the guests are Agatha's College friends, Soralina's college friends and also Lory, the only one she keeps in touch

I gasped in relief as I lay her in bed and hurried out. I went back to help Damon receive guests. Moments later, an unfamiliar and unnecessarily loud car pulled up with a noisy screech. When the door opened, the most unwanted guest stepped down from it.

Jaque uttered, raising her eyebrow at me. "What do you mean?" How could that happen? "What the heck is going on?" I just realized now. The palace was quiet, but the vampires were everywhere. I couldn't find even a shadow of Doctor Williams either. "My dear brother!" It was Demeter who spoke. "An unknown guest alarmed everyone at dawn. I wonder why you didn't hear it when your mate was the very first one who noticed it!" She took Kairen and let him sit on her lap. "Who's the unknown guest? Don't let me hang in the air, guys. Who was the unknown guest, and what happened?" I was getting pissed. It was too early to get angry, but that news just made my fists clench.

I thought to myself and immediately ordered for a search round town but every attempts to search for her turned out negative. In anger, I retired home. Removing my jacket while I walked disappointed toward the door to my room, I heard sounds I couldn't comprehend. Opening the door, I'm shocked to my bone to meet the most unexpected guest in my room. Lying down seductively on my bed a thousand thoughts run into my head. How did she managed to walk pass my guards? Unnoticed!

A deafening crack reverberated through the house. Lucien’s hand shot out, pulling her closer to him as the ground shook again, louder and sharper this time. Mae’s eyes widened as a shadow, dark and shifting, slipped through the crack in the earth. Something unseen. Something far older than them, far darker than anything they had faced before. The first Unseen had emerged. Lucien’s grip tightened around her wrist, his gaze narrowing with grim resolve. “We have to move. Now.” The ground rumbled once more, louder than before, as though the very world was collapsing beneath them.
