Wild and long grasses covered the pathway, almost reaching their knees. It is a hassle to cross over the pile of over-grown weeds to step a foot on someone else's house. At first glance, the village seemed forsaken by humans. No sane people wished to stay inside a gloomy and deserted place, particularly one that lacked sunlight.
