I gasped. Lunar Eclipse was more of a pack of mercenaries. No one knew the real names of the pack members, as they all had some sort of code name. The Alpha of the pack was known as Shadowstrike. Shadowstrike was considered the ultimate warrior, with skills that a normal werewolf didn’t possess. He could strike his opponents down with a single blow, but it wasn’t just because he was strong. I looked down at it, seeing this tiny little thing in it, something that shone in the lights coming from all around us. “A gift,” he answered, his voice low again. “If you would accept it.” It was a stone, a completely black stone, with a shiny surface that made it look like it contained stars.

The figure emerged from the darkness, draped in a cloak of malevolence, a twisted smile etched upon their face. "So, you've come to challenge me," they hissed, their voice dripping with sinister satisfaction. "Foolish mortals, you cannot comprehend the power that lies within." Gabriel's grip tightened on his weapon, his voice steady and resolute. "We may be mortals, but we carry the strength of purpose and the will to protect those we hold dear. Your reign ends here."
