Your Hug Is My Heaven

Your Hug Is My Heaven

Today to me was not only another day closer to the wedding day, but my bridal shower. We were now only a month away from saying I do, and I can't wait. I wasn't one for material things anyway but I guess that's what women do for those who are getting married. No men, just us women and maybe a few kids. Let the party begin I thought as I was ushered to a table on the far end of the room in between my maid of honor Nicky and my bridesmaid Chris. Great look at all those gifts I have to unwrap. Hopefully it won't take to long. I started unwrapping gifts, a kitchen aid, a coffee pot, wooden spoons, spatulas, mixing bowls, and Tupperware dishes. "Thank you you guys." I said to my future step sist

My Wife's Anniversary Gift: Another Man's Child

My Wife's Anniversary Gift: Another Man's Child

"You couldn't even keep a man. You're useless! Pack your bags and get out there to make some money, or find another sucker to marry you!" I heard that her parents kicked her out before she had even finished her postpartum recovery. … A year later, Audrey and I got married. Right before the wedding, I saw Rachel for the first time in a long while. She was wearing the dress I had bought her years ago, desperately trying to trigger some nostalgia. "Garrett…" Her voice was hoarse as she stood there, holding an underweight baby in her arms. "The baby and I don't have a roof over our heads. For old times' sake, can you help us out? The second I walked away from you, I regretted it. I wanted to spe

The Grand Wedding That Ceased to Exist

The Grand Wedding That Ceased to Exist

It was just that he never cared enough to ever open it and look. As I watched the car disappear from the yard, I turned on my phone and dialed a number. "I'd like to cancel the custom groom's tuxedo I ordered earlier. Yeah, that's fine. I'll bear the corresponding losses." I'd originally picked out that tuxedo as a wedding gift for Eric, hoping it'd make him happy on the day we got married. But now, it seemed destined to go unused. The next day, I had my resignation letter ready.

The Unfulfilled Wedding

The Unfulfilled Wedding

On my wedding day, an anonymous gift arrived. It was a box full of love letters. I knew Desmond's handwriting without opening them, but I wasn't interested in reading any. Just as I planned to toss them somewhere, Ezio walked in, picking up a letter and reading it. I squirmed, afraid he'd be upset, but he shrugged it off. "Is that all he's got? Honey, his poems are ripped off the internet, while I can write you originals." The way he called me made me blush. Then he made me read his poems, keeping me up all night.

Billionaire's Contract Baby

Billionaire's Contract Baby

Kim gasped. “Don’t worry, I prepared just in case this had to happen. It’s actually what I got you as a wedding gift.” Aideen smirked and excitedly grabbed Sienna’s hand. She grabbed Kim’s hand as well and pulled them over to the table full of wedding gifts. “Now, where is it?” Aideen muttered and dug through all the gifts. “Uh, ha!” She smiled and picked up a purple wrapped gift. “Open it later; you don’t want everyone to see. Just remember it’s this one.” Kim added.

would love to read more and find out how the book's going to end and if this is the ending not too good writer it was left like a cliffhanger. Is they're going to be another book, please finish story. Feeling sad paid for an unfinished book.

Excellent book kept me pulled in. Is there going to be another or is this the end? I see how you switched the characters to show how they met but the animosity between Caleb and Declan is not brought to light. It’s more like a cliffhanger ending.

I Gave Away My Groom at the Wedding

I Gave Away My Groom at the Wedding

I stood in my elaborate wedding dress in the center of the hotel banquet hall, bowing slightly to the guests gathered around. "Thank you all, friends and family, for coming to today's wedding ceremony. However, there's been an unexpected change. The bride will no longer be me. It will be Lisa Jenner instead. "I deeply apologize for this surprise, and I'm grateful that everyone took time out of their schedules to attend this wedding banquet. I hope this won't dampen your spirits, and please continue to enjoy the celebration."

The Billionaire’s Pretend Fiancée

The Billionaire’s Pretend Fiancée

She winked before exiting the room. Crimson stained my cheeks as I thought about the erotic boudoir album I had gifted him as a wedding present. I had stumbled across the idea a month ago, when I was lurking the internet for the perfect gift to present him with on our wedding day. Amy had encouraged me to do it when I told her about the idea, so I did it. I wondered what he thought of the album. I just hoped he didn't think it was too much. "Congratulations on your big day, Miss Diaz." One of the stylists, a tall, thin woman who I presumed was their superior said, bringing me out of my trance and jack to reality.

THE WEDDING PLANNER

THE WEDDING PLANNER

I muttered back, as he ambled away. Seconds after, a lady walks into my office, holding a little boy in her hand, " good morning miss boma!!" She warmly greeted " hello ma'am, please have a seat and tell me how may I bring your dream wedding into a reality" I wore a smile on my face, "yeah! But it isn't for a wedding but a wedding anniversary!" She affirms to me, "oh wow, that's awesome, how many years have you been married?" I asked, "twenty-four years!" She ran a smiley face, "oh my, congratulations, it's a big deal!" I said to her.

The Wedding That Wasn't Mine

The Wedding That Wasn't Mine

He shot my requests down as childish. Now, despite having grown older, he was willing to play along with Leila. While I was lost in thought, a notification from the work app appeared. My resignation had been approved. For a moment, I froze. Then, I noticed the painfully familiar pair of rings on Harold and Leila's fingers. I shot to my feet and searched for the ring box I had been thinking of. It was empty. In that instant, I was certain. The rings in those photos were the custom pair I had commissioned years ago for my own wedding.

A Wedding With Another Bride

A Wedding With Another Bride

I sank to the ground, covered my face with my hands, and sobbed like my heart was breaking. … I couldn't stay away when the day came. Some part of me had to see it for myself before letting go. The venue was stunning. Radiant light spilled over elegant flower arrangements, turning the whole place into something out of a dream. Delicate drapes swayed as petals drifted like snow, wrapping everything in a warm, magical glow. Around me, guests chatted happily, their glasses clinking in celebration. My chest ached. This was exactly the kind of wedding I'd always wanted.
