 My Single Daddy Alpha.

My Single Daddy Alpha.

“Damn right. And I know most of our problems revolve around some sort of miscommunication—” “If you’d put up a decent cell tower, it wouldn’t be so bad,” I said under my breath, innocently batting my eyes at him. Cillian shook his head in exasperation. I didn’t have to be a psychic to read his mind. “We’re not putting up a cell tower.”

Keeper of my Heart

Keeper of my Heart

“What does that even mean? Why can’t you make it make sense to everyone else now?” Taking another huge sip of his drink he huffs. “Why does it have to? Maybe it’s better this way. Have you ever heard the saying, ‘the less you know the better?” “Yeah, and every time I’ve heard that saying, it has never been the case,” Abel scoffs. “Regardless, it’s the case right now.” Harken stops when his phone goes off, reaching in to grab it and see a message from Nate. I’m outside let’s go.

Accidental Claim

Accidental Claim

He said, and I giggled. I remember how horrible my life was at the place. How the people mistreated me and disrespected me. How quickly does time fly? It all seemed like yesterday now. I was grateful to the goddess for blessing Jasper and me and making our haters eat their words. If it wasn't for our change in fortune, they wouldn't be as respectful and welcoming as they are now; it was a shame. "Have you spoken to Randolph?" I asked Jasper, and he nodded. Funny enough, I haven't been able to get through to Rachel in days. If something was wrong, I am sure Randolph would have told Jasper, and Jasper would have told me.

His Straight Pet

His Straight Pet

“Now!” We run, stumbling through smoke and shaking ground. The ruins groan, relics glowing brighter. Outside, under the cracked sky, we stop. The whole ruin throbs with dark light. Jude grips my arm. “Talk to me, sunshine. What the fuck did we just do?” I stare at the ruins, heart pounding. “We ended his grudge.” “Yeah?” “But maybe… maybe it cost us something.” The light flares one last time, and a whisper rides the wind again—soft, cold, final.

Rejected, then Claimed by the Lycan King.

Rejected, then Claimed by the Lycan King.

Joye My days here hadn't exactly been the worst, but they weren't the best either. I would definitely say that I had been a little bit too harsh on myself, the experience wasn't half as bad as what I had expected it to be. But regardless, I was still happy that this was the last day I was spending in this place. Once I was done with this souvenir shopping, I was going back to Kaelan immediately. Speaking of Kaelan, he hasn't been sounding so good recently. Although he claimed to be alright, I could hear the stress in his voice, something was up with him and I could tell.

Psycho

Psycho

The last day at the Evergreen Forest was peaceful. Nothing really happened. And finally, we can leave this hell hole. Quite...interesting things had happened during these 3 days. And i'm kinda glad it's over. God i have so many things to tell Kiara. "WHATT! Really?!!!!" "Jeez my ears are going to go deaf if you yell through the phone again Kiara." "Yea, no! But! He really did?!" "Yea..."

The Heaven Hill Generations Series

The Heaven Hill Generations Series

"See you then. Don't clean up too much, huh?" Chuckling, I feel a small amount of a flush creep up my neck. "I'll do what I can to stay appropriately dirty for you." "You do that." "Love you, babe." "Love you, too." When I hang up, I realize this is the best conversation I've had with her over the phone in years. All my hopes and dreams with her treatment are coming true, and I hope to fuck they stay that way. Glancing up, I see the bike from the outsider still parked in our lot, and I realize I'm not done with work for the day. Not even close. I still have decisions to make and jobs to assign.

To Protect the Crown

To Protect the Crown

“I have a bad feeling that if we don’t get this resolved soon, something else is going to happen. I don’t want something like before to happen again.” Page adds, “Or something worse.” The room instantly falls into silence. Her words ring through my head. Or something worse. I don’t even want to think about it. I hope I never find out what the something worse is.

No Escape From the Ex-husband

No Escape From the Ex-husband

There was a weak and feeble voice intermittently coming through. "We… We've fallen… into a trap." As the words were just spoken, the sound of a phone smashing on the ground came through, followed by a chilling laughter from the other end. In the end, all that filled the air was sinister laughter, with no words or response in return. Damien's face turned extremely ugly. He held the phone tightly, almost crushing it in his grip. Kendrick sighed. "We need to be more careful from now on. This enemy isn't so simple."

Stealing the Heart of Mr. Steele

Stealing the Heart of Mr. Steele

[Atlas] "What do you mean gone," I barked into the phone, my hand clenching it tight enough to hear it crunch. These new smartphones seem to get flimsier with each model. I've broken 3 in the last 6 months from anger or nerves. I love my wife, but I'm pretty sure she's going to stress me into an early grave.
