Till Death Do Us Lie

Till Death Do Us Lie

I suddenly tense, looking around as I hurry out from behind the shelf, my eyes flying open as I spot the flames that are spreading from the entrance. That’s the only entrance! I drop the file in my hand as I rush towards the flames, only for them to grow higher, forcing me to stop. “There’s a fire! Fire!” I shout as I watch the fire spread terrifyingly fast. My heart rages as I stand there watching the fire spread across the shelves, eating all the papers and files it touches. “Fire!” I shout, wondering why the alarm hasn’t gone off. This was no accident. My eyes blaze, the cold dreary room now lit with the fiery glow of the fire. This was planned.

once again amazing book by muse, I did enjoy it a lot, with this novel I realized that lies are also huge part of person's life, with one single lie how entire course of life can be changed and that's how till death we all do lie...
Cat Hardman
As always, Muse has written an awesome, compelling, and totally steamy book. Every chapter brings a new cliffhanger. I'm normally good at figuring out where a story is heading, but happily, Muse has me running round in circles with this one. Can't wait to find the answers to my many questions.

The Billionaire and his PA

The Billionaire and his PA

“Are they both connected? Do you think someone is out for us?” “There’s no way to be certain about that for sure but it seems like a possibility.” Felix said. “Oh my God.” Cassie croaked. Her eyes were open, but she wasn’t seeing anything in front of her. All she could picture was her house, passed down to her by her parents, engulfed in flames and being burnt down so badly that the only thing that was left of it was soot and ashes. Apart from the clothes she was wearing and her favorite mug that she had left at Tech Town, all of her belongings were in that house. And not just her belongings, Lily and Aaron’s too. And Isabel, who had taken all of her things from her apartment while running a

Phoenix Cry

Phoenix Cry

I took my book and I lit my index finger with fire and tried burning the book. "They got us there". Zale said and sighed getting his own book and tried to toss it in the ocean. I stopped my fire and stopped him. "Well, as we are back to square one, let's just try to gather information from the northern part," I said and smiled at him. I put my book inside my bag again. It was pointless anyway, to burn the book. It is the book of origin, a book written by the Gods, it is protected from being harmed by anything, by anyone.

Chasing Back My Stunning Ex-Wife

Chasing Back My Stunning Ex-Wife

I blurted out. While we were still conversing, we saw troops of fire fighters march into the building to put off the fire. Finally, my mind was at rest because the fire didn't damage a lot of things. Everything was still intact apart from some irrelevant files that got burnt. I breathed a sigh of relief after the fire fighters had confirmed everything and had done their work. I had to thank them specially because they had saved my business and my life. The project I was working on was a huge one and I could not afford to lose things to fire.

When Fire Meets Ice

When Fire Meets Ice

FRIEDA: I went to my normal hideout, where everyone avoided. The storage room was my personal space, where I hid from everyone and everything, even my books. I was exhausted and needed some sort of rest. My eyes were itchy and my body, heavy. I set up several alarms before lying down to sleep. That spot was my comfort place, where I usually lay my tired body almost every day. My bed barely saw me, especially during weekends. Not when I was either studying or—

Saving the World to Save Myself

Saving the World to Save Myself

With Justin's mood swings and his harsh ways, I might end up on the front page as a 'country martyr’ the very next day. The eight big families threw a huge bonfire bash in the town square that night to celebrate the short spell of peace. Justin got all dressed up and took me with him. Without the smoke from battles or the sight of hurt people, everyone was at peace. Lots of regular folks toasted Justin.

When Saving Is Killing

When Saving Is Killing

The yellow yolk and grease splattered across the bottom of the closet door, leaving a sharp, ugly stain on the wood. --- That evening, Dad’s older sister came over, cradling a quiet Leo in her arms, trying to talk some sense into Mom. "You can't bring back the dead. I know it's a nightmare, but you still have Leo. You have to keep living for him." Mom turned her head with agonizing slowness. "It's because I was always thinking about saving everything for Leo... that I destroyed Nova." Her sister-in-law choked on her next words, completely silenced.

The other Mrs.Adie (mistress to my sister’s husband)

The other Mrs.Adie (mistress to my sister’s husband)

I lost almost everything. Kim managed to save a few things: my stuffed giraffe, some expensive paintings, and two boxes one with old school projects and the other filled with random nostalgic items. He told me later that he wasn’t home when the fire started. When he got back, his side of the building was already burning, so he broke into mine to salvage what he could. I was incredibly thankful. We later learned the fire started in Kim’s unit something about faulty electrical wiring. He was questioned, but since he wasn’t even there when it began, it was ruled an accident.

Pregnant and Rejected by My Alpha Mate

Pregnant and Rejected by My Alpha Mate

The once lush land is buried beneath thick mounds of ash, and everywhere the eye can see is a charred black shell pulled straight from my worst nightmares. It was pure luck that the firefighters were able to prevent the inferno from spreading beyond the edge of the forest, protecting the homes and apartment buildings at the edge of the forest. Well, lucky for shifters that is - nature knew no such reprieve. It burned down to nothing, and nothing can repair the loss. When Drake and Sophie come down to dinner, they’re carrying the evening news, which I’m almost too afraid to read. When the heavy black and white print is spread open in my lap, my stomach leaps into my throat.

I actually read, "My Professor is my Alpha Mate" first a few months ago and loved it and just finally got around to reading/finishing this. Despite knowing certian "oberall" outcomes from the sequel, I was still so captivated I couldn't put it down. I love it and definitely reccomend!!

I wouldn't normally spoil but the Chapter-Arabella finds a phone: now Arabella has both of them!! This is the normal now from the chapter where Bastien arrives in Tartarus! Chapter after chapter of ridiculous nonsense especially after Selene gets her powers!! Don't waste your time and money skip it!

Worthy Mate

Worthy Mate

I groaned as the rain batted down more heavily against my apartment window making me know that it could not be ignored, my mind flashed with images of the fire, and blood. I could still remember their screams and the stench of burning flesh as I quickly worked to save and released the countless supernatural creatures, some even children, that were being held and tortured in cells for God Knows how long. I sat up pressing my hands to my eyes as tears ran down my cheeks, it was killed or be killed, I remind myself. I had to save them, I had to save my own, I had to save Emanuel and Noah. I hear my phone vibrate beneath my pillow, bringing me out of my thoughts, I scramble to pick up the flip p
