After Five Years Of Marriage
The following morning, a working day, Rosie knew she had to prepare for the office, as it was Tuesday, and she went to her shop from Monday to Saturday, resting only on Sunday.
Her kids were on holiday, hence why they accompanied her to the shop.
Sitting up, she detected the aroma of fried eggs. When her room door opened, she saw Frederick enter with a breakfast tray of tea, bread, and fried eggs.
Rosie wasn't expecting such a gesture but accepted the tray, hungry from not eating well the previous night, and greeted, “Good morning.”
“Morning sweetheart, how was your night?” Frederick asked, but Rosie retorted, “Can you stop calling me sweetheart? Just call me Rosie, and I'm fine with it.”
