My mother worked for three days. She didn't sleep or rest. My mother lay on the ground, caressing my head inch by inch as she drew the portrait line by line. When the tenth portrait was made, her sanity finally crumbled. I was crouching right beside her as I looked at all the portraits she made. Yes, she was a good artist. The portraits were spitting images of me. I kept staring at the portraits and was a little surprised that my mother would make such a beautiful rendition of me.

After my mother heard the nurse's words, I watched as she was bewildered for a moment. Then, she frowned and thought for a second before saying coldly, "That's impossible. Alice was in the same car with her, and she was still the driver. Alice's already been discharged, so how could she be dead? This must be her newest scheme. "She's grown more vicious over the years, even being able to curse her own children. This is just unbelievable." She unconsciously kicked a piece of broken glass on the floor. "All she knows is to fight for attention. Now, even you guys are in this too."

The woman sniffled before walking out of the room. Rylie wished every one of them would just drop dead. She remembered her mother's words. She was going to live and make sure they all pay for their evil deeds. "I will make sure to avenge you, Mother. I promise you this." She resolved, her bright beautiful green eyes turning dark.

And here you are, brawling like rogues over a woman who will be your downfall.”

After Solana rushes out, I'm on the verge of following her when Trish tells me to give her some space. Relenting, I drop back down in my seat and wonder what I did?
