94 (Kathryn’s POV) The camp was already tense from the last few days, but when three figures emerged from the treeline just after dawn, the air seemed to thicken even more. They didn’t walk so much as arrive like the forest had decided to let them through. All three were women, tall, confident, their eyes carrying that same strange, ageless sharpness Lena’s did. Lena strode forward to meet them, her black skirts snapping in the breeze. “Sisters,” she greeted, clasping each of them by the forearms.

Mara laughed and looped her arm through mine on the other side. We went inside and it was warm and smelled like vanilla and home and safety. The aunty—sweet, middle-aged, gentle—hugged me tight and said “We’ve heard so much about you. Thank you for protecting these girls. They’re our whole world.” We sat in the living room with cookies and lemonade and Lila’s drawings spread out everywhere. She climbed into my lap and showed me every single one, explaining them in detail while Mara leaned against my shoulder and Varynia sat cross-legged on the floor filming us on her phone because “this is too cute I’m keeping it forever.”

Gerald said. “It’s okay, Gerald. We had been troubling you for the entire day! Don’t worry about us!” Ruby said. “That’s right, Gerald! Don’t worry about us! You three! Bid your brother-in-law goodbye now!” Harriet said while she embarrassed the three sisters. “Goodbye, brother-in-law!” The three sisters said as they smiled at him seductively. These women were having thoughts in their heads!

She did as her Mistress asked and answered the question. “Better than you’ve treated any one else – apart from us sisters,” Rose replied, not forgetting to be specific with her answer. Although it was but a sentence, the last part of it was specific enough. The sisters she was talking about were Daisy, Sunflower and herself. They were blood siblings! Born to the same mother and father. Though they had different demeanors and even had different hair colors, they were triplets! And Rose was the oldest. Daisy came after Rose and Sunflower was the last of the three.

"Very well. After this mission is complete, I will tell you." Kim smiled and held her sister's hand. "We're sisters, Kay. Bear everything together is the right decision." Kay smiled. She sat beside Kim and hugged her. "Is this a free hug?" Hearing that voice, Kay and Kim let go of her arms. They saw Kyra standing in the doorway looking at her two sisters. "Come here, Kyra. It's a free hug you'll love." Kay waved her hand asking Kyra to join. Kyra smiled and immediately ran to hug her two sisters. Families will become very strong when they come together to bear everything together. That's a family for three Stroud women.

I stared at my grandma in confusion and she said, "Those three men are the sons of the three betas who once pledged loyalty to your grandpa. They are now the Alphas of their different packs but they hate each other. I know that this is difficult but if you can get close to each one of them and get them to make peace with each other, you will be able to unite all three packs and find out who our real enemy is." I sighed, "I'm afraid this isn't possible grandma." "I understand if you don't want to do it but why do you say something is impossible when you haven't even given it a try?" My grandma asked.

I was more than ready to take on this adventure and see where it led. Raphael turned to Katrina, his voice low and serious. "What else do we need to do?" Katrina's gaze flicked to her sisters before responding, "Nothing, just stay back." With that, the three sisters formed a tight circle, each one grasping the strand of hair in one hand, their fingers intertwined. Their other hands rested on each other's waists, creating an unbroken connection between them. The air seemed to vibrate with anticipation as they prepared to weave their magic.

I say as I make the introductions. The women appear to be triplets. The one in the center speaks, her voice is warm and welcoming. "Hello Luna Iokaste, we know who you are. I'm Sister Penny, this is Sister Rachel and Sister Celia. It's a pleasure to meet you as well. Are you ready to learn more about who you are?” “Yes, yes I am." I reply as confidently as I can muster. All three women reach out their hands.

Just then, the second bus rode by and he glided in. Phidel had left home earlier than usual with Isla having the slightest idea what she was up to. “She said she had an early morning class and wants to avoid being late for it.” That’s all what the former got from her mother but then how come she knows nothing about it? She thought to herself. Taking the sisters into critical analysis, she noticed they were totally at opposite poles. One was reserved and turn to look over things while the other was the kick ass type who wouldn’t let things just slid over so easily. Not to talk of her intimidating personality.
