As I was about to turn around and walk away, a voice stopped me.
"So, you're smart after all, little mouse," I turned to see Dylan and his friends walking towards us, and I felt a sharp pain in my head, as if someone was hitting my head with a hammer. Then, a series of images flashed in my head, and I remembered everything. Dylan called me up to the roof on game night and pushed me off the building. That jerk tried to kill me!
Once the pain passed, I moved my gaze to him, trying to hold myself back from lunging at him. "Say that one more time, and I will punch you in the face," I snapped.
