Fiona's Pov Tiana took a few spoonfuls of her meal, wiped her mouth with a napkin, pushed the plate away, and her chair backward then stood up. "Are you full already?" I asked. "You barely ate anything." Tiana sighed. "I'm full, it's the pregnancy," she replied, putting her hand on her tummy. "But I don't expect you to understand," she said and walked out of the dining room. As soon as she was out of the dining room, I continued eating my meal by myself. When I was full, I left the dining room and went back to my room.

Olive half yelled. Spicy stew? I thought you hate peppery food? Tian asked tiredly. I want it now, I want to eat it. She said, making noise with the plate and spoon. Seriously? Tiana sighed, walking to the kitchen. What do you wanna cook this time? You've been cooking different dishes ever since morning and It's just 11am. Caitlin asked. It's for Olive, she's been bothering me for a while now. I'm tired. Tiana answered, scattering her hair.

Nathan breathed out. "Thank you so much sir" Tiana knelt down, truly she was thankful, she had been a cook ever since was sixteen,but she was just a cook, when his wife died, she became his personal cook, and now she was twenty nine, she really needed the money because her mother was in the verge of dying. "No need to worry, your mother needs you now, when will you be back?" Nathan asked her. "Anytime soon, but I might not come back, my mother needs me, I might stay in the town" Tiana explained, her eyes a little watery.

My eyes moved around the space, I had never been in the kitchen of the shop before such that I was surprised when Tiana said she'd be at her mom's shop. "Does your mom know you're stealing her supplies?"

Rico informed him calmly and turned to Tiana,“You haven’t ordered anything,pup.” “I haven’t tasted any of these dishes.” She admitted nervously, glancing between Rico and the strange names on the menu. “So the high and mighty Tiana is an hermit and a total disgrace?” Aubrey scoffed in disdain. Ian’s head snapped to Rico hoping he’d put an end to the battle before it began. Rico knew what that look and the emotion rubbing off her meant. “I swear this time there’s no escape for you.” Tiana muttered under her breath. “House Special.” Rico said loudly, grabbing her attention,“Is what we’ll have.” He waited until Deki and Gabriel were out of earshot.

She hissed and ignored him but her phone wouldn’t stop buzzing and she decided to pick after it had ringed for the 6th time. “If you’re calling to ask about my whereabouts,.. She scrolled through her comments of her last post which was showing off Familia Restaurant appreciating women by only hiring women chefs in the 3 restuarants in 3 different states. She rubbed at the table gently like a lover of hers that she was trying to remember how it felt touching her skin once again.
