Mason closes his eyes and inhale deeply, then his eyes snaps open at once as he feels his wolf jumping in excitement. “Can you guys perceive that?" he asked his friends. Mason sniffs the air again, he closes his eyes momentarily to savor the sweet aroma he’s perceiving. “It smells like vanilla and strawberry mixed together!” he explained to his friends. Liam, Fabian and Tyler sniffs the air again, they frown as they couldn’t perceive anything like strawberry and vanilla.

"Do you not feel that?" I simply sit, gazing at him surprised, while simultaneously attempting to feel precisely the very thing he's inclined. I concentrate briefly, zeroing in on the breeze and the waves as they roll towards the seashores. "Probably not. I didn't get anything." Liam hunches down and covers my ears with delicate hands. Cheap cologne had a heavy musky smell strong enough to cause her to choke with one sniff. Her brothers often made fun of her obsession with smells claiming she was part bloodhound. But it wasn’t as if her sense of smell was any better or worse than theirs, she just paid more attention to it because she couldn’t rely on her sight. It was the same with her hearing.

The den is normal, and the soap is always unscented when it comes to washing. But others can help with washing, but not for me. I have a heightened sense of smell because I have lost my hearing. Which makes me not want to smell other scents on you or have them brought into my space."

But my sense of smell has been off and just as horrible like my ability to not to taste anything. I frown, missing the scrumptious smell I grew to love through all these years of my mom's wonderful cooking. " What's wrong baby girl?" My mom asks me, seeing the frown upon my face. " I, I, I can't smell your delicious burritos" I reply to her. Not looking up to meet her gaze. I could feel Ian's eyes burning into the top of my head, staring me down.

The bubbles rose with the water and Emily looked on with inquisitive fascination. Scooping suds into his hand, he turned to her and touched the bubbles to her nose. Her nose wrinkled when the strong odor hit. His husky voice filled the small room, "Werewolves' sense of smell is more sensitive than humans. Humans make their soaps for their own noses. You'll get used to the strong fragrance quickly but when we have a chance to shop, we'll find something a little less overwhelming. Get undressed and I'll leave you to your bubble bath."
