They set it in November, which meant fourteen months out. Fourteen months was the time required by the spreadsheet—Alexander's spreadsheet, now in its fullest form, all fourteen tabs populated and annotated with the specific details that Alexander believed were necessary for any major project. The spreadsheet had tabs for the venue, the guest list, the catering, the flowers, the music, the photography, the attire, the transportation, the accommodations, the timeline, the budget, the vendors, the contingencies, and the notes.

While the other groups enthusiastically exchanged suggestions, Maeve was seriously writing down schedules, budgets, and a checklist of everything that needed to be done.
