Lullaby (Fable Saga Book 2)

Lullaby (Fable Saga Book 2)

The silver circle. The ring in mom’s jewelry box. The five princes. Bea. The sea witch. Try as I might, I still can’t quite piece together the mystery I’ve stepped into. Words, tunes, images and ideas swirl through my mind all the way back to the cabin, as I puzzle over the greater meaning – but I’m still as lost as ever. From time to time a bird or a squirrel darts through the leafy labyrinth of branches overhead, scattering the early morning sunlight and bringing me to a standstill.

Man's Best Wingman

Man's Best Wingman

’ She barked, getting antsy about me being under her legs. ‘What? No. He needs a good female to breed with. Yours looked nicer than the ones he picked. I want to see if they like each other.’ I explained. ‘Hurry… follow me.’ I encouraged her, hoping to get her to chase me as I dodged her human’s hand. ‘Oh! Okay! I’m Tinkerbell, by the way. Sorry I didn’t say that sooner. I get spooked easily.’ She agreed, dragging her human as she chased after me.

Is that really how the book ends? It's a really good book but to end it that way... Especially with the trauma the two main characters seperately endured... Feels wrong to deprive the reader from getting to have that HEA with the characters.

Another wonderful book!! I have laughed so hard it hurts and this is not just a nod to romance, But Life getting in the way and our animals fully taking over and inserting themselves when we aren't brave enough to do it ourselves. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Dear Enemy, You're My Mate

Dear Enemy, You're My Mate

He grins at me, and I tilt my head—I never noticed his pointy ears before. I laugh, amused by Finn's twitching ears. "What kind of creature are you?" Finn picks me up into his arms. "Before I was locked inside that crystal ball, I used to be a fairy." My voice is drowsy. "Like Tinker Bell from Peter Pan?" "Who is Tinker Bell and Peter Pan?" I like his confusion; it makes me smile wider. "I'm going to call you Tink." "Sleep well, Patricia," Finn says, stifling a laugh. "Using the wind element for the first time must have been exhausting, but you did well. I'm very proud of you, and I hope we can become friends."

I started reading it on another app and when authored moved to this app I followed solely for this novel. The development of the characters and storyline keeps you engaged. I look forward to finishing the novel but will be sad when it’s finished.

The author has a very vivid imagination. I couldn't stop reading until the finish. I will say I might make a couple changes to the story if I could but overall one of the most original and enjoyable books I've read on the platform.

Destined With The Bad boy

Destined With The Bad boy

Skye ask with her arrogant voice. I just shrug. "Because tinkerbell stay with Peter until he found his Wendy. And me?" I laugh again. "Like Tinkerbell, I stay with him till his own Wendy came. In the end? I stay by his side even though I love him." Skye rolled her eyes and closw the book that she's been reading for a while. "Just admit it that you're just a fragile plainwood! Marupok!" I just laughed at her comment. "Aren't you gonna go home? It's already pass evening!" It's almost midnight but they are still here.

A Bark in the Park

A Bark in the Park

I asked, gesturing to the pair watching Rufio like disappointed parents. It was a stupid question to ask. Obviously, Alan was still their dog walker. Hell, I knew he was still their dog walker. Tinkerbell has some serious anxiety. No way would Xenia switch up her dog walker. Tink was comfortable with Alan, which was a huge feat. She doesn’t like him as much as she does Xenia, but she doesn’t even like Clay as much as she likes Xenia. I think the only other thing Tink likes as much as Xenia is Zeus, and that’s for totally different reasons. Zeus is her hubby.

Tragedy of the African Cinderella (BlackBook 3)

Tragedy of the African Cinderella (BlackBook 3)

She twisted her lip and snapped her head away from the pity-filled sight of the pair of eyes. She could read the girls' face despite the night as it wasn't a new book to her; it was a book which had had all her ordeal written. A book that had sold more in her residential area than Julius Caesar had sold in the part of the country she was in. The youngsters had crowned her with all sorts of names; from Watergirl to filthy to ugly to maid to Cinderella without a prince. All of which made her wonder if they could even remember her birth name. Finally, the tap was crowd-free. Nora rushed to deposit her twenty-liter jug beneath the recently vacant flowing tap after which she turned to its former

Jasper: Love and Monsters (Book 2 of Jasper)

Although the temptation to escape reality through sleep was great, Lila forced herself to send a telepathic message to Ben as he prepared to teleport her out of the castle. “There are more witches in the rooms next door,” she said with her mind. “I don’t think they’ve been butchered. Maybe they can do the spell with you.” Shocked by the news and knowing that Lila lacked the magic to receive a telepathic message in return, Ben asked aloud, “How many captives are there?” “Several covens were raided,” Lila informed him. “They’re on another raid now.” “We need to kill those bastards,” Ben snarled. “Can you stand?”

Taming the Beast

Taming the Beast

Serena gaped at the other woman in fascination. Kat's hair was a soft, black halo around her shoulders, her startling blue eyes positively striking against her creamy skin. She really was a beauty, Serena thought, envious of the incredible eyes. It had been because of jealousy that, growing up, all the girls had teased Kat. Thinking back, Serena felt guilty for teasing the little girl that Kat had been. It was because of them that Kat was self-conscious of her eyes, disguising them with her brown contacts. "Ah—what? Oh, she's the princess of a small principality in Europe, I think. But she hasn't lived there in decades. Go and get into the shower. I'll help you get dressed."
