They never expected the hospital's nutrition staff to be such stunning women with such alluring figures. "Did I die and go to heaven today?" Tom whispered. "No! These are real-life angels! Get ready, man!" Bob replied excitedly.

But just then as Tom is reveling in this new found sensation, the worst happened- a huge pop of fiery geyser-like bubbles materialises in a moment and blew him to smithereens would have but something somewhat came in at the last moment but Tom couldn't remain conscious to figure it out. He was floating. Floating in mid air. In the space between the heavens and the earth. Serene. Tranquil and thrilling, the sensation cannot be described. It was simply otherworldly and extra-planetary. It was puzzling. How did he come here?

Passing a document to Reaper, Tom continued, "Here are all the details about him. He's nothing more than the head of a destitute family.
