I started to explain myself but stopped as he raised his hand for me to stop talking. "Hold that thought. I will be right back," he said and strode over to Steven. "You love Summer?" he asked him. Steve had told him to meet him in his office early Monday morning. As Tony walked down the corridor to Steve's office, he could not help the excitement in his heart. He had not exactly found the owner but he had made a big milestone in the case and could not wait to share it. "Come in," Steve says after two soft knocks. "Good morning Steve," Tony says letting himself in. "Good morning, Tony. Have a seat," Steve says ushering him to a seat. "Thank you. Let me get straight to the point if you do not mind."

He sighed heavily and settled into a chair beside Steve's bed, struggling to contain his emotions. "Please, tell me you weren't driving under the influence again," Tony implored, his voice tinged with a mixture of disappointment and worry. "I've warned you countless times about the dangers. Look at what you've done to yourself now. Are you truly content with this outcome?" Tony's words hung heavy in the air, unanswered by Steve's motionless form. "Your mother will arrive soon, and who do you think she will hold responsible when she witnesses you in this state? Me. She will question why I failed to protect you," Tony continued, a bitter laugh escaping him.

I answered him before sipping from my mocktail. “Uh oh! Don’t get me wrong, dude. I knew the two of you—you were really close to each other. You were even more than conjoined twins. How come you’re not on good terms now? Oh! Let me guess, men usually fight over a woman. Am I right? So, how’s playing tug-of-war?” After that, Steve laughed out loud. He almost closed his eyes due to the intensity of his intoxication. If I didn’t need something from him, I already smashed his face on the table.

After plugging her's and Grace's phone they both lad on Humphrey's bed as they viewed the short funny videos on his phone and laugh, few moments later someone steps in, they both got up to see who it was and was surprised to see that it was Thomas. The server silently places an aperitif in front of us—something rare and delicate—before disappearing again as if by magic. Stella picks up her phone, scrolling through her feed as we sip our drinks.
