All the worries in my chest suddenly dissipated. Overwhelmed with emotions, I suddenly pulled her in for a hug. Her body was so warm and cozy that I didn’t want to break the hug. As if sensing my troubled heart, which I knew she did. Her senses are now sharper than before and she could feel that I was troubled. She hugged me back, and I felt her tiny hands on my back, patting and comforting me.

I hugged them close once again and nodded. "Alright. Let's go and keep these books in your room." Grey spun me around and draped his sweaty arm around my shoulder so we could walk together. I shrugged him off as I scrunched my face. How dare he try to hug me when he was sweating?! "I am sweating... But I know you don't mind." he deliberately hugged me again but this time tighter with a teasing smile, knowing how much I disliked sweating bodies. I tried to remove the clingy octopus from me, but it was no use. So I walked to my room, with him hugging me sidewise. I realised I would have to take a shower.

I pulled him but he doesn't budge. "Jay, let's go!" I pulled but suddenly he's the one who pulled me until he hugged me. "Elsa..” "What?" "I hate you." "What?" I looked up to him. I tried to release the hug but instead of releasing he hugged me tighter. "I hate you for doing this to me, you make me getting really clingy and attach to you, do you know that?" I'm speechless. "..." "What if I don't want to let you go? What if yesterday wasn't really a goodbye?" He said.

“Would a hug be a start?” I did worry at first before I turned the notebook around, I can’t even remember the last time I was hugged by anyone. But with Axel, I just feel like I trust him enough to hug. I did worry that he would laugh and tell me no, how embarrassing would that be?! But once he read what I wrote, the smile on his face only gets bigger. “Of course, you never have to ask to give me a hug Evermore, it will forever be a yes.” He smiles opening up his arms, I place my notebook on the bench before cautiously inching closer to him.

I hesitated before I went for a hug, friends could still hug, right? He pulled into his embrace and all that warmth on the inside came to the surface. I smelled his familiar scent, it was like a welcome home parade, it pulled me in. I pressed into his arms. Too tight for friends, my brain reminded me but for once I ignored it. I hugged tighter.

Immediately the teacher leaves,she gets the diary from her desk and starts reading but not before she promises not read any further than that entry. After reading that entry,Tory has been giving me random hugs which is weird even for her.Sometimes I have to literally run to avoid them.I know that is her way of comforting me,I just don’t think I need it.I told her that but she insists on hugging me,I guess I will just have to get used to it,I mean,it’s not that bad.

’ I told myself and increased the tightness of my hug a little bit more. Our embrace lasted a long time, but when I let go of him, it seemed like it was for less than a second. I made sure my contact lingered on him for a little bit more before we completely broke out of the hug, but it couldn’t satisfy what I wanted. Even though I was seated on his lap, I missed the warmth of his arms wrapped around my waist, pressing me against him. It was like I was cuddling into his bare chest because his tank top was too thin to be called a shirt and clenched to him like a second skin.

He gave me a tight hug. The hug was so warm; his perfume was like burning incense, and it calmed me down. I don't know why I stayed on his shoulder; I was quiet. The hug was unexpected, and I didn't know how to react. Now, it was too late to push him away. He pulled me away softly so he could see my face and talk to me.
