It made me feel like hot lava was on me. I couldn't push him away, so I hugged him back, my toes curling up to try to suck in the heat. This was so wrong and I knew it. I tried to convince myself that it was better than Tone finding out about Brian, but the pang in my heart reminded me that it wasn’t right.
