Dominic
By 8:30, my stomach had started rumbling, and Dominic was late, and because of the sorry ass that he was, he couldn't even send a message through one of his men to apologize for running late.
If only I had my phone. But that wouldn't have helped because I didn't even have his number.
I walked to the kitchen, hoping to find some of the staff. The chef had taken the night off because we were supposed to be eating out, but now I wished the man hadn't.
Maybe Dominic had forgotten about the dinner date because he had looked distracted when he mentioned going out tonight, or the man was stuck in traffic. And no, Isabella, he did not use the word "date," he simply said 'dinner.'
