Just to clear something up, the other realm is the supernatural universe, and the seven kingdoms are like the seven continents, but each continent has its own leader, like a king, each continent has many covens, covens would be like a town, each town has a group of council members with one in charge, like a mayor, these council members are there to make sure every supernatural being is looked after, that no one breaks the rules, but in the end it is the kingdom leaders who are in charge, and they make the rules, the council members have a set of additional rules if they wish. if you have any questions please leave a comment and I'll answer.
