By the time they arrived at the airport, Felix still hadn’t joined them. Two hours later, they landed in Atlantis City. A company car picked them up and drove them back downtown. The moment Miranda got home, she went straight to pick up Mia. The driver replied "I'm here to take you to the airport for your trip to Fing City." Lois was stunned. The airport? Did they arrange for her to fly to Fing City? But that was so expensive! The train would have been just fine. really. But, the die had been cast, so she got in the car and was whisked away at once. As they arrived at the airport, Lois did not see any commerical planes anywhere around. The flight must not have arrived yet.

I chuckle and rush to the door as I hear a honk. "I love you!" I shout as I close the door behind me. I climb in the passenger seat and buckle up. Dad reverses out of the driveway and into the quiet road. The drive to the airport is silent aside from the playing radio. I look out the window, looking at the city I grew up in one last time. I grab one suitcase and wheel it to the entrance.
