"Mom, don't worry, everything will get better now..." she said closing her eyes. "Everything is resolved..." Izzy was so happy that he didn't hesitate to hug her Mom who despised her every time. However, her happiness and her relief were not long-lived. Lissa ruthlessly pulled Izzy away from her and slapped sharply on her face.

“I thought I was done with him, that he’d moved on or something, but… I don’t know, Lena. “I need to talk to you. All of you.” He gave me a look of concern. “What’s this about, Izzy?” I leaned forward to whisper to him. I didn’t want the boys to hear me. “I think Talia got her gift from Isis early.”
