Izzy runs and jumps, landing on Maddox's back before jumping into the air. She suspends herself in the air above the crowd as she pulls her right arm back. They look at her in shock as she thrusts her hand forward and sends a ball of flames right into the middle of the crowd. Their screams of agony ring out, and Izzy drops to the ground before grabbing the closest Alpha.

I swore I saw smoke coming from Zander's nose and ears. "You can call me anything you like Alpha." Izzy hung her head down and returned to Carson. Everyone seemed to be afraid of Zander. Is he that intense? I asked myself. Isis was busy burning incense and sage and she was also mumbling a lot of witchy words. She had a bottle of oil or was it water, splashing Carson's forehead. "This is one strong wolf you've got here Zander. He should have been dead," Isis spoke. "Yes, it's amazing that he's still alive and he started healing too," Izzy added.

She's sleeping now. My parents both gave a sigh of relief along with everyone else. "These things must really work then." Maddox said as he pulled a necklace from the inside of his shirt. He held out some sort of crystal that was dangling from the end of it. "Remind me to hug that girl next time I see her." I said after Maddox explained what it was. "As soon as Izzy is better and all of her powers are back we need to attack. She should be better in a day or two. We can't wait any longer, we need to take him out before he does anything else."
