Her sea-green eyes were filled with challenge and hardness, something that Sicily hadn't seen in a woman's expression in a long time. A couple days after Alaric’s visit Izzy had a vision that shook her to her core so deeply, that she hasn’t recovered from it yet. Standing in the doorway of her library, I watch attentively as she sits on the floor, her body glowing with that familiar bright purple as she meditates surrounded by crystals. Each one has a different purpose, but I’m having trouble keeping them all straight. She’s been doing this every day. Meditating and trying to call on more visions that might do some good, but nothing happens. Doesn’t stop her from trying though.
