Node eyes widened then the glass suddenly pulverized into nothing including the chains leaving Azra, Aquila and Aguda wondering how was it possible, seeing the teenagers staring back at them back without being chained or with any of the bounty collector’s henchmen among them with a downslide of dried bones in their midst.

Liam shouted, “She’s breaking containment!” “Shut it down!” Kai yelled. Zane was already typing, his fingers flying over the panel. “It’s not responding!” The clone inside pressed her palm against the glass, her eyes locking on mine. “You built a world of liars, Lena. I’m just here to clean it.” The glass shattered. The force threw me backward. I hit the floor hard, air rushing from my lungs. Kai pulled me up instantly, shielding me as sparks rained down from the ceiling.

They looked like they could finish the pair off within a seconds. Yet Jate just sat there in his chair looking completely unfazed. "Enough!" He snorted. He slammed his palm on to the coffee table before him, and the coffee table which was made out of tempered glass, shattered into a thousands of pieces. Jate waved his arm and the shattered glass flang themselves towards the advancing bodyguards.
