She didn’t need to. I glanced back at the spinning turbines one last time. The blades turned slowly, almost peacefully against the sky. But now that I knew what they carried… They looked like weapons. Zey spoke again, his voice darker than I’d ever heard it. Not just Crescent wolves target.
