Trapped In A Video Game Books Novels & Stories

I need to continue. This is the main reason why I am here. To know the secrets that are hidden in this area. Is Gideon the one who made it? I know that he knows about this basement as he has the keys. I just don't know why the key to this door is hidden securely. I hit my chest to strengthen myself, physically and emotionally. I have to get this through. I am trapped by the reality. I am trapped by my own worlds and thoughts and it is so hard to break free as I was being trapped in a literal way.

She smiled, placing her hands on her waist. "Really? there's a library? Yes!" I clenched my right fist frantically in the air, excitement written all over me. Back at home, A Library was an abomination. I guess I forgot to mention there was a rule about books also? Well, here it goes. Eric had concluded that books lie. He had this ludicrous theory that books trap people. He said it's similar to a disease, a terrible sickness that has no cure. Makes humans rapted in an imaginary world, completely forgetting what reality brings.

The thought alone is enough to change my mood entirely. “You miss the outdoors?” I turn to see Jarek sitting in his usual chair over by the bookcase. It surprises me that he is trying to strike up a conversation, but with the loneliness I now suddenly feel, I am grateful for it. “Yes. I do,” I answer honestly, wandering closer to him. He nods with a hint of sympathy before his eyes return to his book. I tilt my head slightly to read the title. ‘Medicinal Purposes of Vevilium Plants’

"Fine, I'll go. I want to see what tricks she's up to!" Yoel stormed off, heading back to the basement. My soul floated behind him, following his steps. Back in that dark, damp room, I shivered. Even as a soul, the fear of being imprisoned was still deeply ingrained in my mind.

"When someone is vacationing and gets kidnapped, or strays over a boundary line and gets taken prisoner, or anything where they are held against their will-and the government cannot or will not intervene-you call us." It was her turn to stare at him. She wasn't a big news buff. The world was a dark and terrifying place at times. Which was why she loved video games. She could immerse herself in a make-believe world where you just started over at the last save point when you died. Andrea swallowed. She wasn't completely ignorant, though. She'd heard stories, seen news clips. People kidnapped, beheaded, their grieving families. How many more of those would there be if Zain didn't put a stop to

The snow falls heavily outside my window. It seems peaceful outside. Today is the last day of classes before the winter break. My campus will be empty by tomorrow morning. Except for me. I don't plan on going home. I'm so pissed at my parents right now. A few weeks ago, I broke up with my scummy ex-boyfriend, Dane. I don't know how it happened, but he sent me a video of him having sex with a girl from our hometown. I assume he had meant to send it to her but sent it to me instead. He didn't even notice what he did until I called him and told him we were done and hung up. He tried calling me multiple times, but I blocked him. So this asshole decides to go to my parents' house and tell them I'

On seeing that there was no hope of seeing Mirabel that night and no hope of finding a place to lay her head that night, she resorted to the last option she had which was going home to meet the man who had "ruined" her life at least he wouldn't hurt her in her state and that's the only place she can find a bed to sleep off her problems maybe when she wakes up it will all turn out to be one big nightmare. She got to her Dorm and found Audrey reading "Little fires everywhere", which happened to be one of her most favorite novels in this world. "Out of the books in this world it had to be the one she loved the most that he had to be reading," She thought. At that point she wanted to bawl her ey

TRIGGER WARNING: DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DOMESTIC ABUSE IN THIS CHAPTER As we all walked to the house, we tried to keep the conversation light while Isaac ordered pizza. I asked Lena, “Do you play video games?” She nodded, “I’m old school though. I like Tetris and other puzzle type games.”

They were all innocent, caught in the crossfire of my mom's twisted games. I felt a deep sense of shame and self-loathing. What kind of person does something like that? What kind of monster hurts an innocent girl, just to satisfy their mom's thirst for revenge? The weight of my actions threatened to consume me, and I didn't know how to escape the darkness that had taken over my soul.

“And thanks for letting me stay over.” “I didn’t exactly let you. You just sent a text saying you were going for a game night. You are turning into something else, Nico. It shouldn’t happen again, okay?” “Yeah, yeah. I had fun, though. Wish I had my own PS.” “How much does one cost?” “It’s really expensive,” Nico said between bites of cereal. “By the way, how was your shift last night?” “It was amazing,” Celia lied smoothly. “But how much do you need for the PS, baby?”
