~~18 years old~~ Trevor alighted from the old beat-up truck he often drove and sprinted inside the clinic. He halted by the reception desk and puffed out a breath whilst holding his side. The blonde sitting in the tiny cubicle tilted her slender brows as she stared at him. "I am Trevor Williamson. My mom is here." The receptionist, whose name on her badge reads Charity nodded. She fixed the glasses she had slid down her nose to assess the boy who looked to be in his late teenage years back to her face.

I thought he was in the house at the outskirts of the coven," I asked angrily, remembering that I did not see Travis before escaping Burke's men. “We thought so too, boss, but this doesn't seem like Burke. He is not that smart to go know our hideout; I think you were being followed," Scott said, scratching the back of his head. He looked at Travis's body, and I could see the sadness in his eyes. I won't blame him, Travis and Scott became best friends after Burke crowned Travis a betrayal. Scott and Travis had done a lot of things together and they vowed to kill Burke and bring back Travis's Children to the pack.

“Make sure you come back tomorrow to have that checked so it doesn’t get infected, Mr. Jones.” Scott nodded as she packed up her equipment and went out of the room. He reached for the cup of iced tea already spiked with whiskey and sipped through the straw. Everything satisfied him—the drink and the pain he imagined Isaac must be feeling now. He set the cup down and stretched. Rein Bufalo, the boss of a growing entertainment company, rubbed the back of his neck and spoke, drawing Scott’s attention. “Your face looks better already. In a few days, you’ll be back to normal. But are we still playing the match we all came to this city for?”

Travis P.O.V “Hey Travis,” Scott waved to me as he approached my desk, I nodded in acknowledgment as I stared ahead wondering what the fuck Ethan planned to do with all those paints. “Travis, did you hear?” Even though I was planning to ignore Scott, the statement was enough to drag my attention back and I was met with Scott’s brown eyes that sparkled with delight. “Hear what?” I inquired curiously but instead of giving me a proper answer, he chuckled.

his father supplied helpfully, taking the bouquet of balloons from him and setting them up in the corner. "I'm surprised they got something organized so fast!" Scott dropped his backpack on the floor and gave his Mom a quick kiss on the cheek in greeting. It was time to pay all his attention to the person who needed it most. "Did you miss me, Hot Stuff?" Scott perched on the side of the bed, loosely hugging the teddy bear.

His voice was filled with scorn and sarcasm as he watched Travis's shoulder go rigid. "I mean, it would be nice to send an opening gift to you as a big brother in the industry. We don't want you losing your footing from the get-go," Scott said with a casual shrug. The murmur of conversation around them was reducing as a few of the groups remaining in the hall headed towards the exit. Travis turned to face Scott, his eyes neutral, and for a few seconds, he said no words. Suddenly, Travis's lips pulled up at the side, forming a small grin that seemed to make Scott scowl.

“Oh my God! Just imagine Master Sinclair’s dick!” Eric busted up laughing. Two signed posters, two signed CDs, four signed T-shirts, a signed hoodie, beanie hat, music score book, several exuberant hugs, a few exploring hands, and camera phone pictures later, Heather and Lauren had finally spent enough of their parents’ money to let the next person in line have a chance to interact with Eric and Trey.

“It’s not. The girls wanted to come here, so I figured I could stomach it for two hours. You too doggone tough to let a fiasco divorce get you down.” “Thanks,” Scott said wryly. He couldn’t be that upset with Bart calling his divorce a fiasco because it had been. It was all over the television and in the newspapers. Hell, there had been reporters outsid
