A book caught my attention and I was amazed that they are selling this book. “Gosh! My favorite series!” I get the Twilight book. Gio followed me and observed the book as well. “I’ve already watched it” He bragged. I narrowed an eye at him. “Book version is still the best. The feels and emotions are there when you’re reading it” I answered. “But the movie adaptations are easy to understand since you don’t need to use your imagination anymore,” He said frankly.

I don’t understand where it went so wrong that he is this desperate to burn my name. “What will we do now?” Owen whispers. “I don’t know,” I murmur. Viola comes to the room. She quietly reads the air inside the room before closing the door and taking her seat on the couch. I am sitting in my chair behind the desk, Owen is on the couch. Michale is still with the laptop, increasing security on our website and all the devices of our company. “What happened?” Viola asks as she sits on the couch. “They call the London project deal off, the computer got hacked, the documents are nowhere to find,” Owen whispers.

“There’s never been a day I didn’t long for you,” Valen muttered against my lips after we had been kissing for what felt like an eternity. “I have craved you.” “Me too,” I whispered back, my voice trembling against his lips. He pulled away for a moment, his hands clasping my face, and stared deeply into my eyes. I thought I saw tears glistening. Was I dreaming? Maybe I was, because Valen, the High Lord of the Twilight Court, had tears brimming in his eyes. I cupped his face, mirroring his gaze.

“Let’s see what we have here.” Waylen flipped through the numerous movies on his TV. I stifled a laugh when he stopped at one. The thumbnail showed a wolf beside a girl and two other guys. I had seen three of them from memes and GIFs. “How about this?” “Twilight?” I asked. “Yeah.” My brows wrinkled. I hadn’t seen the movie, but all the spoilers and snippets on social media made me feel like I had watched it and read the book. “Okay,” I answered, mainly because of his unusual interest in werewolves. He had done so much for me tonight; this was the little I could do to even the balance. He hit play, and I murmured, “Twilight it is, Ezra.”

Elowen’s POV – Twilight Whispers That evening, as the last vestiges of daylight faded into the soft embrace of twilight, the academy’s grounds transformed into a quiet sanctuary. I found myself wandering along a secluded stone path leading to a hidden courtyard, a place that had once been filled with echoes of our past conflicts and now promised a fragile new beginning. The gentle hum of evening stirred in the air—a murmur of crickets, the soft rustle of leaves—and all around, the academy seemed to exhale, releasing the weight of the day.

I sat at the school's pool, reading my history textbook. I didn't understand it but I was trying. Not a single soul was at the pool to my delight. I love reading in quiet places. It was just me, my book, and the shimmering dancing water. I was reading about the foundation of Twilight Castle; it was originally the first vampire royal castle before the great vampire queen, Queen Rida Red, who willed it to be a school for every paranormal after her death. The present king, Dermot's father, built a much bigger and better castle to live in, while this one became a school.

He says as he pulls a package out of his bag and hands it to me. "Oh, what is it?" I remove the cloth that covers the package, it is a very old book with a blood red cover and despite the years is still in good condition. I caress the cover of the book, on it we can read the pack of the twilight. "This is a very old book, the family tree of our pack. " I opened the book, my fingers shaking. I had been wanting to know everything about this community that piques my curiosity for so long, I couldn't believe it.

Theron's POV The day of the event was finally here. This is the day I officially put Twilight on the map. Another success to celebrate. Many of my past lovers have been calling nonstop to accompany me to the event but I turned them all down. I don't want any drama tonight so I decided to just go alone.

“Put your finger out.” I do as he says, and I wait for the burn to come, but it doesn’t. I close my eyes to numb any pain if it comes. I slowly open my eyes to see why I didn't burn. My finger is glittering. I’m blown away. “I’m like Edward right now,” I say, grinning, thinking about the Twilight books. The author did an excellent job in a lot of things regarding the supernatural. I walk out of the cave, still masking my scent, and bathe my body under the sun.

I wasn’t allowed access to such books at the palace—they were reserved only for the healers and the educated men—and I wonder if I may finally find my answers here. I’m distracted, though. My skin itches, and every time I see the word “wolf” on the page, I think of Ethan’s eyes. Every time I shift position on the bed, I think about how he massaged me. Every time I catch the smell of woodsmoke drifting from one of the rooms below, I’m reminded of his scent. Twilight arrives, and my room is painted in grey shadow. I’m reading about how a wolf bite can activate the wolf gene in a half-wolf, when someone knocks on the door. I drop the book.
