He groans, rolls out of bed, throws on black jeans, a clean Nakamura-kanji hoodie (red on black), and laces his Vans. Dragon-feather necklace settles warm against his chest. He runs a hand through his black-and-gold hair, sparks flickering briefly before he shakes them out.

She struck a pose, grinning. “Think I can get away with bringing the helmet?” Seraphina stepped into her charcoal trousers and black silk blouse—tailored, elegant, silver fang buttons catching the light. She adjusted the collar, then looked at Nico. He nodded. “Untouchable.” Then it was his turn. They handed him the suit: black with crimson piping, charcoal vest, deep violet tie, silver fang embroidery on the pocket square, leather shoulder accents. He changed in the bathroom—came out adjusting the cuffs.

Hikaru says, leaning over the counter to kiss me before ordering a matcha latte. “Who is she?” Casey asks. “Hikaru isn’t a girl, they are non-binary and yeah, they are kind of like… a semi feminine…oh shit! They have on a little short schoolgirl skirt in pink and white thigh-high stockings with platform Mary Janes and cropped hoodie over a pink harness, that is just showing when they raise their arms up to pull themself up and sit on the edge of the counter.

It was the only attire she saw of him, thus raising a thought that the sleek look was his default. However, the man in front of him looked like he aged backwards. He was clothed in a white yukata, decorated with inked traces of artistic chrysanthemums on its edges. He also wore the traditional wooden sandals that she only saw in movies. The raven hair that was always slicked back was down, in a shaggy style that earned him a wavy set of bangs that slightly covered the top of his eyes. His overall appearance made him a lot younger than he usually was, to the point that she was taken aback and speechless.

I wasn’t too concerned with the Alpha of this pack as my livelihood and house were more important to me. The path I took through the forest led me out of pack territory and into neutral territory to check on my house, happy to see that no one had been there since I left and that everything is still intact. This meant that the Soulless have not reached my house yet. Leaving the duffle bag in the kitchen, I run upstairs to take off the clothing I wore when raiding and switch to the Tracker outfit I had. It was an Iga Hakama Flat Hood Ninja suit with exceptionally lightweight black Damascus steel armour that only high-ranked Trackers were given in any pack. The all-black attire blends into the
